The plumber came by and cleared two drains. He was personable and knew how to fix both drains. Great experience.

He was able to unclog all the hair that was clogging up the line. He was on on time, respectful, fixed the issue, and gave recommendations on how to keep dirt and things out of the drain cover. Did a great and quick job analyzing the issue. Also figured out a simple solution.

Service technician was on time; I was able to get a weekend urgent appointment. Technician was polite and wore a mask. I would use PDS again. He made some suggestions but ultimately the decisions wad mine if I want to upgrade some pieces to avoid problems in the future.

Sevice was great. I called about 8:10am. Service technician arrived by 8:45am evaluated and explained the issue. Fixed my shower problem (water in shower only was running scalding hot water (needed a new cartridge) Larry was finished by about 9:10am. Great customer service! Reasonable prices. I will definitely call the again should I need services again.

Psy called to let me know he was on his way, he arrived at our scheduled appointment time, replaced the filter, cleaned and answered any questions I had about my unit. We will definitely be using PDS Plumbing & Air in the future!

Bought my water heater from Lowes and the next morning someone from PDS Plumbing & Air call me and were available on the same day to come out to install my new water heater.
