Our technician arrived a few minutes early but called to make sure it was ok to be early. Not only was he knowledgeable but very polite. Fast and easy appointment as well. Definitely will be calling for any future needs.

Highly recommend PDS PLUMBING! I called with two issues, they scheduled guys to come out the same day to diagnose a leak and covert old shower hot/cold valves.
Jonathan & Stephen arrived early, diagnosed the problems and gave me a very reasonable quote within 5 minutes. They were even able to do it the same day! They were prepared to fix the issues and worked efficiently. I will be using them again in the future if needed, and would recommend this business. Thanks guys!!!

I really appreciate the professionalism and service provided. We had an issue with a clogged toilet, but bathroom with the issue was a complete mess due to elderly person not able to access working bathroom. Despite this the technician continued his work and was in and out fairly quickly. I offered to give him a tip, but he was unsure about accepting. I left a message with office, but have not heard back. If tips are allowed I would still like to see about getting it to him. Thank you.

The technicians were on time, efficient and friendly. They fixed the outdoor leak. We will be calling them again the next time we have plumbing needs.

Quick, efficient, courteous and professional. They showed up early, listened to what the issue was and got it taken care of.

I called despertly. They came over early in the morning. They did step by step to fi the issue. They kept me up to date on the charges. My issue was getting worse to the point theg had to dig and remove pipe that was damaged and filled with grease that accumulated over the yesrs. Crew was tired but they kept on it. They missed lunch to keep going. And finally at 600 pm it was done. They cleaned up great wlashed sidewalk driveway and placed all dirt and rocks back. I recommend them 200% cost was less than any other company would have charge me. Daniel was so compasionate to our situation. Jose and Jonathan worked very hard to fix my issue. Love these guys. I should of called PDS. After many unsuccessful attempts with other companies to fix my heater situation. A friend recommended PDS and they did the job right. Very friendly, professional and knew what they were doing. I like that they explain everything to me before fixing and after. Making sure my heater is in working condition before they leave. This morning, I did not wake up freezing and my house feel warm and cozy. Lastly, I would like to thank Xi and Nhia Yang. Awesome jobs guy!

PDS saved us earlier in the year too when our galvanized plumbing in our slab started leaking. It was a large project to run all new plumbing through our older home and they finished in great time. The plumbers are professional and courteous.

merry xmas eve to us. i woke up to a strange hissing sound coming from behind the kitchen wall. after making several frantic calls to some of the "bigger guys," i called PDS and they said they had a technician who would be at my house within the hour. Jose arrived right on time, was able to determine the location of the leaky pipe behind our kitchen wall, and did the repair after cutting a small square of drywall. he also recommended a handyman to fix the drywall, and, again to my surprise, the handyman came immediately (after celebrating xmas eve at his sister's house!) to assess the work and will be coming back on monday to do the repairs. amazing. i would definitely use both PDS and their repairman again and will recommend them to everyone i know!
