They were about 15 mins late arriving outside the 2-hr window given. Would be nice if they would call or text when they are coming. The 2 techs were respectful & knew what questions to ask. One was very new to the company. They fixed the primary issue then addressed the secondary to our satisfaction.
The technician was polite, timely and efficient!
