This review is long over due but my toilet wouldn’t flush so my husband called PDS plumbing. Joshua was the plumber that arrived to our house. He was on time and even put on boot covers as he walked in. After about 10 minutes of inspecting the situation he stated it would cost about $450 to get the toilet back to flow again. He not only walked me through the process but he also showed me the issue at hand. I was happy to pay his fee. He continued his work and our toilet flushes like new, he even cleaned up and disinfected the area. 5 Stars for this young man. I’ll be calling PDS going forward for all of my plumbing needs. I was pleased with the service we received. The were able to come in, assess the problem, and fix it quickly.

PDS arrived within an hour after I called and it was for a water heater problem that could have waited days. The two plumbers determined that I would be better off with a replacement rather than a repair due to the age of the heater. I agreed and they called and had a heater delivered and installed within the next hour. The charge was very reasonable.
