They were about 15 mins late arriving outside the 2-hr window given. Would be nice if they would call or text when they are coming. The 2 techs were respectful & knew what questions to ask. One was very new to the company. They fixed the primary issue then addressed the secondary to our satisfaction.

My service tech Daniel was knowledgeable, polite and able to repair my plumbing leak. I selected PDS Plumbing and Air by reading its website and the posted reviews. I am impressed that the reviews were true and very happy with the office representative who took my call and then dispatched Daniel.

They were timely, techician explained everything to me. Warned me about the noise of the vacuum. Cleaned everything up. Showed me pictures of before and after.

We were having a problem with the plumbing in our kitchen. We had a different plumber out who did nothing for us. I randomly called PDS. They arrived about an hour later. The technician definitely knew what he was doing. He explained what he needed to do snd the cost associated. I appreciated this information. He also explained next steps. The company was very quick at sending me the receipt and the estimate for further work.
