In 2021, Cody from PDS came out and looked at my bathroom sink area, as I was planning on replacing the sink. He gave me the options for the different sink types I could go with. I was very pleased with his service. After the sink I purchased arrived, Carlos and Larry came out to install it. They needed to reposition some pipes and installed the sink. I was very pleased with their work.

Fast forward to this week, in 2025, and I needed plumbing work done in preparation for a dishwasher installation. Antonio and Luis came out and assessed the situation, giving me an estimate and explaining what would need to be done. The next day Tommy came out and complete the work. Because my house was built in 1955, working on my pipes was no easy task. Tommy went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly. I'm very happy with this company and the service provided....

Dealing with plumbing companies in the past which I will not name. This was a breath of fresh air to a company that has 2 incredible Technician's that I had the pleasure of dealing with. Arturo was the initial Technician to assess the issue at my parents property. I can't say enough good things about how he handled the situation. The time I would be available to come back out was not available on his schedule. Jose another professional and personable gentlemen finished the project and the toilet works like a champ. Lol I would give more than 5 stars if I could, but that is as far as it goes. They will defiantly be my go to and I would refer them in a minute.

Carlos also scoot did a full home reppipe with a halo system. Super happy with the work!

Im beyond impress with this company. Couldn't be more happier. We had other company that offer us a discounts, but theres nothing that can compare to PDS company. Im a cancer patient. Going through chemo during the summer is tough especially with no ac. Our frist encounter was with Raul. He is such a humble person. He really cared for the customer and their needs. He even tells me to keep a positive mindset while battling cancer. He went above and beyond with his guest service. He was on time with his inspection. He found a lot of minor issues which will cost us bigger issue in the future if it wasn't fix. Everything was adding up and I was starting to stress out to hear all the issues that needs to be fix. PDS plumbing membership has made maintaining a house so easy! I called them when my A/C broke earlier in the year and learned so much from the techs I purchased the membership. These guys have already come back multiple times to maintain my A/C and water heater! These guys know their stuff! It’s great to have some really knowledgeable professionals on your side and it doesn’t feel like they try to take advantage like other services might! Definitely recommend!

These guys are awesome.. My AC was running erratically and we were heading into yet another warm weekend. It's Friday morning.. im stuck at work..and I realize finding someone last minute and on a weekend without costing a fortune was going to be impossible. My call was answered immediately.. and I was offered several appointment options available that same day.. . They met me at home within just a few hours.. calling ahead giving me the heads up and plenty of travel time to meet them. Friendly, professional and courteous .. OK appointment was from 8 to 11 came at 8 o’clock. Missed the appointment cause I didn’t hear them at the door but when I call the company they came back at 11 o’clock which was very convenient very professional and very thorough and what they were looking for helping making sure that everything was working properly. I would recommend this company to anybody and John was exceptional. He made sure he took pictures to show where the problems were and I really appreciate it cause I’ve had several people come out and not one ever address that I was having these issues. So we’re gonna fix all the issues that is needed to be done and I will definitely recommend the company to anybody that’s needing assistance with their plumbing and air condition unit. PBS plumbing should be very proud to have an employee by the name of John working for their company. He is definitely representing. Thank you.

PDS did a great job l! They came and installed a new A/C / Heat system. Gave us a good price. My aunt and I were very happy.

John was a professional at his job, we had already been a member of pds so this was just a regular check up for the ac system.

The fan motor on our AC decided to go out right in the middle of 100+ temps! We have seniors in the house, so I was concerned for them. PDS was the my first thought to call, as they have helped us in the past. Raul was able to come out the same day and diagnose the problem. He ordered the part the next day. It took the weekend to get to us, but he came out Monday afternoon and got our AC going again. He was concerned for our comfort, so brought us a portable AC to use while we waited for the part to arrive. Through the entire process, Raul was professional, pleasant and I would highly recommend him to help you too!

PDS has awesome customer service. Johnny here was able to fix my ac so quickly ands I actually got to get some sleep. I need my house very cool in order to function and I'm so grateful that Johnny was able to restore the ac to be able to cool my house. Love how polite and knowledgeable he is. We are happy to have met him ☺️
