The PDS Technicians that resolved my heating issue were well trained, very professional and very personable. There was no big push to replace my older unit like another well known company attempted to do earlier in the year(Yes one of the Techs did mention upgrading and total cost of a new unit). The entire process, from diagnosis to repair was thoroughly explained to me, and completed in a timely manner. My hats off to Vincent Gentry, Lorenzo Castillo, Jesse Villasenor and Brett Griffith. PDS will be my “Go To” in the future with any related issue that pops up

Called about a shower leak I had that I could not source. They were able to come out same day and determine the issue of the leak at no cost! They were extremely helpful and suggested a few ways to fix the leak and provided me with some additional info regarding shower remodeling and current offers. They are veteran owned and also offer veteran discounts which I appreciated even though I did not serve. I would definitely refer them to family and friends

Very glad I found PDS Plumbing. I used them for my tankless water heater. Great customer service/communication and experienced technician I trusted.

Had a leak under concrete. They found the metal pipes but my pipe was pvc. They tried hard to find problem but it was an exploring repair. It’s now fixed. Just for all of your info. If you’re putting pvc under concrete use the thickest you can find.

Antonio came out day of my problem, got it diagnosed and had a new water heater ready to go for me the next day. This is the second time I have used PDS and both times I have received quick resolution to my issues.

This was the second time I turned to PDS. A couple of years ago they installed a tankless water heater. This time I needed some rusting galvanized replaced, another line extended, and a couple hose bibs installed. I was so happy the first time that I skipped the usual bidding process. Tommy and his second, Arturo, showed up and got right to work. Within a few hours I was getting good hot water pressure to the shower at the far end of the house (c. 50’), and both bibs were working with good pressure, which will allow me to set up drip irrigation to the rest of the yard. Both of those improvements are huge for me!

A special thumbs up to both of the guys for keeping me well informed throughout the process.
