Outback Deck, Inc.

We recently hired Outback to completely rebuild our back deck and couldn't be happier with the process and the result.

The sales rep, William, who met with us spent hours going over different build options, talking us through Outback’s processes and product options, and comparing their quote to other companies’ quotes for a similar-sized deck. He made us feel very comfortable and confident in Outback’s services and was incredibly thorough explaining everything we needed to know. William discussed our priorities when selecting a contractor and beginning a project so Outback could best serve us and our needs.

Our project manager, Mike, was super informative during the project. He set up an initial video call to explain the building process to us and answered every question we asked. At times we wish we would’ve known when the crew was planning to show up and what was causing delays, but Mike went to bat for us on multiple occasions and saved us thousands of dollars when the county inspector was being incredibly difficult. He showed up many times and looked over any issues with the deck and confirmed that those were sorted before the project closed. He helped ensure we were perfectly happy with our new deck.

Ralph the carpenter (and his apprentice) did an excellent job installing our deck gate and preparing part of the deck for inspection. Ralph was incredibly kind and personable. We have other types of projects we hope to do to our house, and he directed us to who at Outback to contact for those.

Everyone at Outback was incredibly communicative and helpful. The office workers and accountants were really nice with every interaction. Outback was very quick to respond to issues we brought up and sent someone out within 24 hours to speak with us directly in person to make sure things were fine and we were happy.

We look forward to hiring Outback for future projects.
