Outback Deck did an amazing job on our new deck! They communicated well and kept me in the loop. The process took less time than predicted - 5 working days to remove the old deck and install the new! Darell, Emily, and Ahndrea all deserve special recognition for their strong communication and customer service skills - they were outstanding! We have purchased a new grill and have patio furniture on order - can't wait to put the deck to use!

Good company overall, some things need to
Improve, work is great , could be better, would i hire them again, yes but will go over things in detail with them, great salesperson, good manager , ok director ... again communication needs a bit to br worked on.

Vlad did a fantastic job walking us through every option and the lifecycle of the job. Outback Deck’s ability to produce quotes at time of visit is incredibly helpful. We went through over 20 iterations of the build before we found the correct set of options for our house. Vlad was able to show pictures of completed projects with every combination of color and railing which greatly aided our decision. Highly recommend considering Outback Deck for your project.
