My project manager, Jvahn, kept me in the loop throughout the entire project. He updated me when the weather did not cooperate for the pouring of the concrete for the new patio and when it was a-go. He let me know when the inspectors would show up and gave me updates on their discussions.

Very timely from the beginning when I requested information through their website, set date for first meeting with David, Solution Specialist, then setting the meeting with the Project Manager, Jvarn. I gave them my available dates for installation and from there we had our new deck installed! Javrn is very organized and communicated to me as he promised. He was the best Project Manager I’ve ever worked with. This was a first class experience and the deck looks fabulous!

We met Outback Deck at the home show fall of 2019. We needed a deck replaced and secure enough for a hot tub. The company was great in exploring all of our options. When we finalized the design, they managed everything including the permits and inspections by the city of Dunwoody. Not inexpensive but excellent quality. Thanks

Fantastic job. Personal touch to the job. The Zac made sure to stay in touch with us and give us regular updates. The deck looks amazing and I know it is now safe for the kids.
They even worked with us on payment schedule when it needed to be delayed for a few days. Can't recommend enough.

After researching online and seeing all of the positive reviews I decided to give them a call. I am glad that I did. Installation on my project was completed within a week. Professional and responsive every step of the way and delivered a new installed deck before Christmas! Clean quality work. Not too sure if the other reviews mentioned it but definitely ask about financing options👌. I look forward to have more work done in the future.

OUTBACK DECK JUST FINISHED MY NEW DECK. WHAT A PROFESSIONAL CREW AND TEAM. THEY WENT BEYOND ALL EXPECTATIONS. THE PRODUCT IS MAGNIFICENT. THE PROJECT MANAGER ZACH KATZ WAS SUPERB! HE HAS SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. GUSTAVO GONZALEZ AND HIS DECK TEAM OF GIOVANNI AND REFUGIO WERE EXCELLENT. THEY REMOVED THE HEAVY FURNITURE OFF THE OLD DECK AND HELPED ME CLEAR IT. THEIR ATTENTION TO DETAIL FOR THE FOOTINGS, THE DECK SUBSTRUCTURE AND THE FINAL DECK FINISHES WERE FABULOUS. A POLITE AND FRIENDLY CREW THAT WERE A PLEASURE TO HAVE HERE FOR 3 WEEKS+. We just had Outback do our complete deck teardown and rebuild (adding a covered patio), and we are extremely satisfied with how it turned out. We first meet with Bill, the sales specialist, who was very knowledgeable on all the materials and provided a rundown on Outback's process as well as the specs on all the possible materials we had to choose from. We then had a design meeting with Tom who quickly drafted the design drawings allowing us to visualize the expanded deck and new patio and make tweaks as needed. Once we approved the design, he completed the detailed drawings. From that point, Jvarn, the project manager, did a phenomenal job getting everything lined up as far as the dumpster, materials, material deliveries, and his construction teams all while staying in continuous communication with us along the way. Outback Deck did an outstanding job of building a new deck for our home. They completed the job, from demolition of the old deck to completion of the new, double in size deck, in two weeks. The project manager, Jvarn, was great. He kept us informed and checked on the team and the project daily. The site manager, Jose, and his team were professional, knowledgeable and very hard working. They did everything they said they would do.
We got a couple of other quotes before deciding to go with Outback. I would suggest getting other quotes first before talking with them.

We were new to the state and LOVED having an outdoor space so naturally needed a new deck on our new construction home. Outback Deck had an exceedingly high level of professionalism from the start of the project (meeting with Sales) and ongoing. Their communication with us was as promised ... on time and at each step of the project. Their construction team were excellent and very thoughtful & repectful to ensure that they didn't impede traffic on our street, and to ensure that the job site was left in perfect order. They were not the cheapest of the quotes that we received, but the quality of their work was excellent.

Thrilled to have our deck finished! Expectations were met and we are ecstatic to be able to use the screened in portion just in time for fall! Zack was the project manager and I have nothing but great words! He was on top of everything asked for and was extremely transparent throughout the process. This helped ease any concerns whenever they arose. He was extremely patient and went beyond the call to ensure everything was done properly and to our liking. Overall experience was very good. Everyone was very communicative, on-time, and professional. I thought the pricing was a bit high, but in conversations with everyone at Outback, they seem to really know their product well and know what they are doing. I feel like I got good recommendations from Bill (salesman) as well as from Zach (project manager). They listened to what I wanted to do and made it happen. Knowing that they know what they are doing provided me with peace of mind, and that's worth a lot to me.

We had a great experience with Outback Deck. This is the second project they have done at our house and they are always on time, very detail oriented and professional. Questions are always answered quickly and the work is very high quality. Would absolutely recommend!

Professional, easy to work with, great quality. Good pickup around the job site too. We have kids and despite the construction, we could play out side when they weren’t working. Would definitely recommend.

I have never worked with a more professional company. Communication was awesome. We knew what what happening every step of the way. Jose was the crew foreman of our project and he and his crew were so nice and polite. Our deck is beautiful!! I can't recommend them enough.
