We love our new deck built by Outback Deck. They delivered the high quality product we wanted in a timely fashion. The crew was professional and respectful of our property.

Not the cheapest in town but well worth what you get for your money. The quality of workmanship, materials and company support are great. The new porch was engineered and built to code, a company rep came by every day to check on things and the hard working crew was friendly, careful and cleaned up every day before leaving. They even blew off the driveway each day. Very happy with our entire experience and with our new porch. Thanks Jeremy and Chris especially.

Part 2: Had the crew replace our back deck and stairs using Timbertech decking and railing like the front porch. Great job again. What more can I saw!!

I contracted with Outback Deck for a significant hardscape job in my residential backyard. In addition to an 85' retaining wall, they also leveled significant portions of my yard and added a crush rock patio area around my fire pit.

From the beginning, these guys were top notch! Bryan and Chris came out and met with me to discuss the project. They made detailed notes as to what I wanted, offered helpful suggestions, and demonstrated an in-depth knowledge of what needed to be done.

Chris and the installation team were polite, communicative, and on time. I have zero complaints, and we are thrilled with the results. They made sure that the job was not only done with excellence, but was up to coding standards as well.

We had a very poorly built deck that was done by a previous homeowner and during the estimate, we were shown just how unsafe our deck was. When we decided to get our deck rebuilt, we had no hesitation with choosing Outback Deck. They were professional, responsive and overall great to work with. Michael was on site every day to ensure that the crew were following all the guidelines as needed. We plan on getting our front porch redone in the future and we will be coming back to Outback for that project as well. I highly recommend their work. We are very happy with the outcome of our deck replacement. It was done professionally and on time.

Outback Deck was EXCELLENT! Our old deck was in really bad shape when we bought our house. We needed a replacement and WOW! This was the best decision. The sales presentation was very detailed and gave us all the information we needed to make this big decision. The construction project was quick and finished in 4 days! The team working on the project were extremely hard working and efficient. We had a flower bed near the deck and they were very careful not to damage it. The project was managed very well and Mike kept us up to date and informed through the whole process. Highly recommended!

Replaced post light

Had a problem with a post light and Outback gave me the website for the warranty. Submitted for repair and once they approved Outback scheduled someone to come and install. Super easy.

Outback Deck did an outstanding job of demolishing our old deck and replacing it with a new one. They were transparent about pricing from the start and ran us through every detail and process that entailed in building a new deck. Our project manager Kris kept us apprised of any updates regarding permits and the like prior to construction. Jvarn, the onsite manager, made sure he paid a visit to see how things were going every day.

Since our deck wasn't a particularly large one, construction was completed in a matter of days, and this was done in addition to finding and replacing rot under the siding of our house.

We're very satisfied with the end result and look forward to grilling and lounging outside on our sturdy new deck.

Jvarn was our project manager. He was awesome! He always kept us in the loop with what was going on with the timeline, and always consulted with us, even on the smallest detail. He was our go-to guy throughout the whole process.

I experienced a need for repair after some time had passed, and they made sure that the repairs were done in spite of the timing of the initial installation. Roughly three years after Outback Deck replaced my deck, several post-lights on the installed rail went bad. I contacted Outback Deck, as I knew they should still be under warranty. The team immediately acknowledged the issue, conducted themselves with utmost professionalism, provided timely communication throughout the light replacement process, and made it a point to ensure I had an overall phenomenal customer service experience. It is refreshing to know there are still companies out there that make excellent customer service a number one priority.
The replacement lights were installed in no time, and they are now shining as good as new!e lights in question.

Everything went smoothly from demolition of our old deck, through construction. We were kept up to date on and any questions we had were answered in a timely manner. We are totally happy with our new deck.

We have completed two projects with Outback Deck in the last three years. Screened in porch construction and louvered pergola installation. They are very responsive and do great work. We ran into a few hiccups that are typical of projects like this and they worked through them with us patiently and productively. On our last project, the louvered pergola, we worked with Jvarn. He stayed in active communication with us and was on top of the project till the very end. He was a pleasure to work with!

Outback did an excellent precision job refacing our existing deck. We had a minor problem with the cut of some of the molding between the deck but it was remedied promptly and to our full satisfaction. Problems happen and you know a company is professional when the solve them without issue.

Outback Deck added a beautiful, well designed deck on the back of our home. Both the design and construction were original to Outback Deck's design team. The plan for the deck, railings and deck boards were easily visualized as proposed by the design team and the finished product was exactly as the architectural rendering. The quality of the deck, the under decking and the design are 5 star without compromise.
We also added a brick "Savannah style" front entryway stoop, that was drawn up and adjusted in the field to become exactly what we wanted. The brickwork is a lovely herringbone pattern that adds great style to our home. The stoop has raised sides for sitting so we may enjoy our flower garden of a front yard.
Pandemic construction was woefully difficult. For every obstacle, Outback did as much as they could in their power to meet and or exceed expectations....

More than happy and satisfied with the Outback Deck team!! From Erin who presented the proposal, Kris and Jvarn who managed the project to the construction crew, everyone was so professional, committed, dedicated and actually cared for us as customers. Our old deck was in pretty bad shape due to rotting wood, so we had a complete deck tear down and Composite deck construction, everything went smoothly apart from some heavy rain issues, but we were just amazed with how fast the work was done but most importantly, done with high quality! Jvarn was a pleasure to work with, super involved throughout the process, making sure every detail was covered and that we were happy with the results. Also shout out to the construction crew, they're experts at their craft, respectful and professional. We love spending time outdoors so we can't wait to make use of our new deck!
