Clay and his team did an amazing job converting an old 20 year old deck to new beautiful treck flooring with aluminum railings. they started the job within days of getting approval from the architect committee. Their clean up was spectacular not a single piece of debris left on the driveway or surrounding lawn and bushes. I rarely write reviews, but this company has exemplary customer service and delivered a high-quality and product.

We had to have our deck repaired due to storm damage. Ralph was sent out to do the job and did it quickly and proficiently.

We had been putting off replacing our aging deck for a while, but when it finally became apparent that we had to replace it due to structural concerns, we began the dreaded task of gathering quotes for the job, which involved not only replacing our deck and stairs but also replacing the posts supporting the screened porch adjacent to the deck since the previous owners had not installed them correctly.

We chose Outback Deck for a number of reasons beginning with the salesperson, James, who was also an engineer and had the knowledge (and patience) to show us exactly what the company would do while answering all of our questions before we signed the proposal.

Outback was great to work with from start to finish. The crew was professional and communicated well with us. We went with TimberTech and so glad we did. Great to walk barefoot on the deck. Also glad we had low voltage lighting installed on the railing posts. Would recommend Outback 100%.

Professional and polite staff. Detailed proposals for work to be performed with plans and elevations. A few details were missed and not resolved after a couple of visits and several weeks to correct. Otherwise a beautiful deck.

The project managers will keep you well informed and the crews are hard working, masters of their craft, and considerate of their surroundings. Last week, we had a carpenter here for another project and he proactively remarked at how well built the deck was. That kind of third party validation is rare!

Outback Deck built our porch and deck in 2020. Since then we have had a couple minor warranty repairs and Ralph came out today to accomplish that. So far we are pleased with the work. We get a lot of enjoyment out of our porch and deck.

The original work Outback did on our deck was great… minor hiccup and crew change resulted in an access port being forgotten about. When we got our new barbecue grill we couldn’t get to the turn on/off valve so Outback sent Ralph Harting to fix. Ralph was very professional, located the valve, made surgical precision cuts exactly where needed, installed the needed hardware, and cleaned up as he went. Very happy with his work.

The team at Outback Deck was extremely professional, responsive and easy to work with. They moved REALLY fast and the deck looks great. They even replaced the support posts under a part of the deck we weren't redoing, made sure everything was up to code, and took good care of the surrounding yard. Would definitely use them again!

Outback did a super job with our deck project!! It was the original 20 year old deck that was demoed and replaced with a beautiful 20x16 deck, partially covered with a gabled roof - the perfect combo for outdoor living. Michael and the team did a great job managing and executing the work! The new structure looks like it was built with the house from the get go. Great quality workmanship from every aspect, we couldn’t be happier. 😊
