Outback has been very responsive at handling the few follow up issues we've had with our deck in a timely manner. Scheduling is quick and date/time is clearly communicated. The technician is always extremely personable and professional, addresses any questions we have while here, and communicates clearly what adjustments he has made. Outback consistently follows up to be sure we're completely satisfied. Very pleased.

The experience with Outback Deck Inc. was excellent from the sales pitch up through the final inspection. The salespeople were professional, knowledgeable, and provided all necessary information about the types of decking available. They spent 2(+) hours with us on the first visit to answer all questions and show us a variety of decking materials and options. Their communication was consistent and updates were received regularly. This includes the detailed plans, financing, and estimated project completion. The project manager was fabulous and addressed all of our needs and/or concerns during the construction phase. The work crew was excellent and put in long days to meet completion deadline. I recently hired Outback Deck to upgrade my patio space with a new retaining wall, stamped concrete floor, and roof extension for covered space. The design team helped me put my vision into a plan, and the Project Manager, Clay, ensured the plan was executed perfectly. Clay was super responsive and managed the construction crew, so I did not have to. The construction crew was professional and did excellent quality work. The entire process was seamless, and my new space is beautiful! I highly recommend Outback Deck!

I had a positive experience with Outback Deck company. They rebuilt my deck with pressure treated lumber, and it looks beautiful now- and high quality and built to last. It was built to code. I worked with Darell, Clay, and Tara, who I found to be professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. They all went the extra mile to give me what I needed. The communication was excellent- I was informed step by step on what to expect. I appreciate that they have a methodical, systematic way of doing things, and follow a philosophy of giving excellent customer service. I would choose them again and recommend them to my neighbors.

Outback Deck is a professional company from the beginning to the end of the process. The salesperson was knowledgeable and, rather than doing a bunch of selling, educated us on the technical details of both product and process (e.g., the differences in the various grades of composite decking and the mounting devices used in a quality deck). In terms of process, there is a pre-construction PM that tracks the project until it's started and provides a weekly update. We got an eight-page document to submit to the HOA for approval.

This was a replacement deck built by the developer and before any deck standards. When they demoed the deck, there was significant water damage to the interior wall. As any homeowner knows working with contractors of any kind although it is necessary can be a nightmare. My experiences with Outback were not that. I called a few companies to assist with my new deck. The old deck was obviously not repairable although one other company tried winning my business by coming in lower but using parts of the old deck to appear to be lower. This was hidden in their quote and our conversations were only about a total replacement. Their total replacement of a new deck was higher than Outback’s. Outback was honest with their quote and was upfront about what was needed to be done and their quote reflected that. Mike Griffith the project manager was exceptional. WOW! We LIVE our new deck! This deck is built TOUGH! I believe it will withstand a hurricane or an earthquake! The work crew was very efficient, skilled, and hard-working. The folks at Outback Deck were very friendly, professional, thorough, and accommodating. They were very helpful in educating us on how the whole process would go. We had one little communication hiccup, but that was taken care of very quickly, and we are VERY pleased with the the results of the entire project. We HIGHLY recommend Outback Deck!!

Our patio was destroyed by a tree and we needed professional help to rebuild. We were fortunate to find and employ Outback Deck, Inc. Their staff was quick to help at all times, we always knew how the rebuilding was progressing. Our Project Manager was named Mike and he spent a lot of time here and on the phone coordinating with the carpenters and our county's inspectors. He was always available and helped us immensely, I can't say enough good things about him. I will recommend Outback Deck to anyone wanting to have a patio built, everything they promised was fulfilled and all price quotes were exactly as stated. Our new patio is beautiful, we're so happy we hired Outback Deck to rebuild our patio.

Clay and his team did an amazing job converting an old 20 year old deck to new beautiful treck flooring with aluminum railings. they started the job within days of getting approval from the architect committee. Their clean up was spectacular not a single piece of debris left on the driveway or surrounding lawn and bushes. I rarely write reviews, but this company has exemplary customer service and delivered a high-quality and product.

We had been putting off replacing our aging deck for a while, but when it finally became apparent that we had to replace it due to structural concerns, we began the dreaded task of gathering quotes for the job, which involved not only replacing our deck and stairs but also replacing the posts supporting the screened porch adjacent to the deck since the previous owners had not installed them correctly.

We chose Outback Deck for a number of reasons beginning with the salesperson, James, who was also an engineer and had the knowledge (and patience) to show us exactly what the company would do while answering all of our questions before we signed the proposal.
