Our initial consult with Nathan Allison was extremely thorough, informative, and smooth. He spent a lot of time trying to understand our expectations and offered options that we could choose from, based on our budget. Our overall experience was great and we recommend Outback Deck and Nathan Allison to everyone.

Ralph came out and removed plank for termite treatment and to protect our deck warranty yesterday. He returned this morning promptly to replace it. We couldn't be happier.

Vlad Gergi (sales) was very helpful during our consultation and addressed all our needs in detail. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

Working with Outback Deck was wonderful from start to finish. The salesman, James, came out and took the time to measure & sketch out a what it would look like, but also went over all the options and the pros and cons of each. Not once did we feel any pressure to go with a material that we couldn't afford. We met our project manager and he gave us an approximate timeline and said the deck would be complete by 2/13. We were concerned that the day after our materials were delivered it snowed! Dave reassured us that this wouldn't affect the timeline and the crew would be here in the next day or two. He first provided a very professional presentation on Outback's capabilities. After looking over our deck, he gave us good, solid advice on what we could accomplish within our budget.

Just an update now that the work is complete: we expanded our deck by about twenty feet.
David Kolar and his work crew from Outback Deck were very professional and very experienced. They were able to put the majority of the deck in one day. The work they did was impeccable. Everything was done to code and seems rock solid. They always kept us informed of their progress. Furthermore, they always discussed issues and options with either my wife or myself.

I recently had my deck replaced but Outback Deck. Wes and crew were very professional, communicative, and most of all the deck is structurally sound, up to code, and looks great! All promises were kept as outlined in the contract and everything was thoroughly reviewed prior starting with multiple choices and payment options. Great job on our double deck outback did . ur project manager Frank was excellent. We did go with someone else on the ez-breeze as we got a better pricing deal from Gem screens , but overall was excellent.

Vlad from Outback Deck spent a few hours listening to what we wanted for a replacement for our existing 40 year old deck and screen porch. He brought lots of samples and pictures so that we could pick out exactly what we wanted. He did a great job explaining how the whole process would work without any high pressure sales tactics. Looking forward to getting the deck replaced.

Outback deck did a wonderful job replacing our 25+ year old wood deck with TimberTech composite decking and aluminum guardrail. Their crew was easy to work with and wrapped up the work within 2 weeks. Staff in the office did all the required paperwork like HOA package and permit. They made things easy for homeowners. We are very pleased with the final result. No more rotted wood and no more painting maintenance.

Michael Ledford arrived and saved a project that was very delayed, stalled, and in trouble. He did an amazing job of getting the deck project restarted, meeting with city officials to overcome obstacles and fix issues. We are very satisfied with the construction of the finished product. There were issues getting all the materials so construction was delayed, but demo was not, so we were without any deck for longer than expected. There was also some confusion around the drink rail. I don't know if it was miscommunication, or the team didn't didn't understand the plan, but they cut off parts of the stair railing that made it impossible for it to pass code and the railing on the stair had to be redone. There is also still little bits of aluminum in our back yard from where the railing was cut.

Overall I am pleased with the final result, but the process, which was suppose to take a week ended up closer to 6 with the material delays and needing to redo the railing.

I have been checking out this company for a few months now on social media and then met one of the representatives at my town’s fall festival. Today, I got to meet with Vlad at my home, and it was an positive experience. I’ve scheduled my project.

I’m looking for attention to detail, responsibility with my property and materials, understanding of code and permits, and excellent project management since my work as an executive keeps me very busy. I will return and add to my review once the project is complete. I’m hoping everyone is as polite, thoughtful, thorough and responsive as Vlad.
