Michael was my Project manager and was friendly and available at all times. My deck was a complete tear down and new build that was finished in 5 days and last inspection with ease. We recently met with William at Outback Deck and were incredibly pleased with our experience. He was professional, detailed and thorough as he walked us through the process. Not only did he consider all of our wants for a new space, he also provided us with a few different layouts custom to our vision. No upselling or sales tactics involved - just honesty, which is why we decided to seal the deal. We're scheduled to rebuild our deck in July and are so excited to entertain!

Outback Decks replaced my second story wood deck with a new composite deck. The underside supports had to be replaced too. My experience with the Outback team from start to finish was very professional, and everyone involved with the project was patient and helpful in answering my questions and concerns. Overall I am impressed with the results. The carpenters who built the new deck were very attentive to details.

In all aspects concerning my project, Outback has demonstrated outstanding professionalism. That includes the initial meeting and planning session with their representative, Nate Allison, who explained company procedures, my project’s construction parameters, and my options clearly and concisely. This provides me confidence that our mutually developed construction plan is solid and in good hands.

We are very pleased with the completion of our master bathroom. The new design transformed an outdated bath into a spacious master bathroom that could easily allow a person to age-in-place with many handicapped advantages. This would include pocket doors, a huge zero entry tile shower, spacious water closet to allow entry in a wheelchair, heated floors and a built-in open closet just to name a few.
Wes, our Project Manager, kept us informed and offered suggestions. He was very responsive to our needs and concerns. He displayed professionalism and attention to detail. Communication was key. A job well done.

Nathan Allison was very pleasant to deal with. We spent a lot of time asking questions, which he happily answered. He actually took the time, while with us to call an associate for an answer to one of our questions. My wife and I spent extra time talking about the extent of the project to go with right now, as he patiently waited and gave us privacy. We ultimately went forward with the project we preferred, based on his patience and taking the time we needed to make a decision.

Glad came out to do a quote for my deck. He was very professional, on time, explained everything for my understanding, answered all my questions and very courteous.

The project was overall well done and managed with in a timely manner with professional integrity. We were very pleased with the project manager's handling of the daily routine and communication of the sub contractor's involvements as they evolved. The deck crew who did the construction of the project was extremely competent and courteous. We would have no problem recommending Outback Deck for anyone looking to work with a great company.

Consultation with Nathan was extremely informative and helpful. The fact that everything we could want in a porch will be included with permitting and plans allows for an extra layer of security that isn’t offered with most contractors.

If you are looking for a designed outdoor space or deck project, save yourself some time and go straight to Outback. They have highly educated consultants with extensive knowledge over every part and peice of your project. The consultation is free, when you do a project they have experts that sketch, creat 3D renderings, assist with permitting, planning and HOA needs and help arrange financing. I highly recommend using them!

In the end, I got the deck I wanted—so five stars for that. Outback could improve on communication and how they train their staff. The project manager felt unnecessary since I was essentially managing my own project.

Throughout the process, I dealt with both a sales manager and a project manager. They listened and delivered solutions to my satisfaction. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the rest of the team.
The car salesman tactic definitely doesn’t work—they rush to close the sale without focusing on the project details. Anyway, I’m glad this is over so we can all move on.

When I began looking for a deck builder I was very skeptical about finding the right company from start to finish. As an Army veteran of 20 years I look for the details that matter. Given the complexities of new builder codes, materials, CAD modeling, etc., Outback Deck met each demand in the most professional way you can expect. From the initial intake meeting with James (Sales Rep), to David (Project Manager) communicating daily milestones from the start to finish (literally he hand placed the lighted caps). The build team was outstanding and it shows in the finished product. If you prefer working with all around Professionals I would highly recommend Outback Deck for your next Deck Building project!

We had Nathan Allison come out to give us a quote to replace our old and unsafe deck. He was extremely thorough and was able to show us a sketch that day of what we could expect. We also saw samples of all the materials which was very helpful in being able to feel all the differences and compare the costs. My rebuilt deck from Outback Deck is complete and it is awesome. 100% tear-down of the old one. I went with composite gray slats, black aluminum rails and an underdeck water system (white). The quality of materials and workmanship is outstanding. During construction, I kept going outside on top and underneath just to look at how nicely everything was being built. At the end, Outback also put down extra pine straw underneath & caulked additional areas around the deck. That's going the extra mile to have everything look sharp - it was not expected but really appreciated.

The county inspector didn't find anything to adjust and none of the work had any redo's. Michael and Clay stayed in touch with me throughout. Orlando and his crew were incredibly good & careful with the tear-down and build. It was a great experience and I certainly can highly recommend this...
