I love Outback Deck because they always do quality work. This is my second project using Outback Deck and I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for deck work. My project manager, Ricky Chamness, was friendly, easy to work with, and always stayed in communication with me.

Outback Deck had a standard product and process that matched the highest of quality per research I had done in the weeks before asking them to quote. By that time, after having researched the design and materials and having talked to other contractors, I knew what I wanted and what to expect for price and it was what they provided, as if they would never stoop to anything second best. The whole process from start to finish went very well. The workmanship is outstanding. The last picture is to show the attention to detail. The deck screws were perfectly lined up in all instances. The installation crew did great work. I would recommend this to anyone looking for deck work.

The finished deck is beautiful and solid. I swear if a tornado hits the house the only thing remaining would be the deck. Their workers are incredibly hard working and excel at their job. The four rating was due to project management. Our first project manager just did not communicate well, for example we never received a copy of the final layout despite being told he would send it and asking for it. That omission resulted in rework that would have been caught if we had seen the plan. He had too many projects going and was out of town at a conference to be as attentive he should have been. Unfortunately, things like this happen. Thankfully, the second project manager was excellent. He communicated well, double checked with us on decisions and ensured we were aware if workers were not scheduled a day, which happened for a valid reason. We were very pleased with the final...

In looking for help with a deck project, we contacted Outback Deck, Inc., Woodstock, Ga., and were visited by Nathan Allison that same evening. Nathan measured and carefully inspected the deck structure, then reviewed photos of his findings with us. We chose decking material and Nate brought samples of approved materials to meet the Georgia code. Nathan was kind, courteous, and knowledgeable in helping us to make our final decision. My wife Meagan and I just had a deck project completed by Outback Deck, and we are in love with the work. David was the Project Manager and his crew was precise, clean, quick, and friendly. The finished product is greater than we could have imagined.

We first found out about the company at a Marietta Square festival. After a friendly and informative consultation with William one evening, the process began soon afterwards. There were small details that needed to be touched up after the initial project was completed. David was quick to respond and have Jon come over and fix it ASAP.

Outback Deck did an awesome job building my new deck! Throughout the process, the office coordinator and the project manager kept me informed and updated. And the crew were great! They came everyday at 8 am - never late. The deck was completed before the schedule. I had several bids before making decision, Outback Deck was not the cheapest one, but I’m so glad I chose them to do the job. It’s totally worth it!

We had a deck and pavers added to our home this past Spring. The quality of the work was outstanding. The price was good based on the quality of the deck and patio. It did take a couple weeks longer than expected but the quality was worth the wait. I would do use Outback Deck again and recommend them if you want a quality project done for a fair price.

Nathan Allison conducted a thorough analysis on deck construction area, the detailed discussion showed the diligence, conscientiousness and attention to detail on the deck design consultation. Nathan’s company Outback Deck had required certifications and license, they scheduled the onsite sales consultation in short notice and turned around the finalized pricing estimate real quick. The discussion helped me make an informed decision weighing in cost of the deck vs options for the home. Wanted to share a review of Outback Deck after nearly two-and-a-half months of engagement with them regarding our complicated deck rebuild project.

The TL;DR is we are engaged with Outback to rip out a twenty-year-old, aging two story deck that's 48x12ft and two stories tall, with the upper floor maybe 30ft+ off the ground and the lower floor 16ft below the upper.

From the start, our sales rep Scott B. was thorough, knowledgeable, and in-the-weeds engaged with helping us think through our project. Because of the size and scope, we had many, many revisions + brainstorms about how to tackle our project, and Scott hung with us every step of the way. This meant fielding questions, stopping by to work with us in person when needed, dropping off sample materials, and helping us think through the project end to end.
