I scheduled them for our summer home up in the Great Lakes region, based upon customer reviews. I prefer a professional cleaning service because of reliability, and an office to communicate with. I have not seen their work for this first clean, but appreciated the texting ability, email responsiveness, reminders sent which include the photo of who is cleaning and the professionalism. Mandie has been coming to my house every other week for over 2 years now. She is always on time and goes straight to work. She is thorough and uses her time wisely.
