We recently became customers at Orchard and from the very *first* time I called to ask about their services to getting our “spring cleaning” deep clean and recurring cleanings scheduled, their communication has just been fantastic—and really stands out among previous experiences elsewhere. They asked a lot of questions to understand our needs, worked with us to include some additional services in our package, and I quickly got the impression that they truly put a lot of care into what they do and their relationship with their customers. That truly goes a long way, especially when you’re asking someone to clean your home. It is invaluable to know they understand what’s important to you specifically.

The ladies, Catie and Samantha, arrived and immediately switched to different shoes (impressive), and after a brief walk-thru, went right to work. They did a fantastic job, partially on a very difficult shower area. The house simply sparkled when they left. We could not be happier with their work.

My favorite thing about this company is their commitment to giving back—specifically, their program that provides free home cleanings to cancer patients during such a difficult time. Having a mother who had cancer, this is something she truly could have benefited from, and it means so much to see a company with such strong morals and an incredible foundation dedicated to helping others in need.

They are great people to work with! We called them and within hours we had a quote and were ready to be put on the schedule. They worked with us to fit us in quickly. She’s also been incredibly accommodating since we welcomed a new baby into our home and need to work room to room sometimes. Highly recommend!

Its been a couple of days since our cleaning, Brooke did a phenomenal job. I use our small kitchen more than the average person, besides everyday cooking, baking, recipe testing, candles, oils and dressings. Now a few days after our cleaning the house still sparkles. I highly recommend.
