Just an update on Catie - she is so consistent. Every time she comes, she is thorough, efficient, and very pleasant. We really enjoy having Catie come to us and are not surprised that she is a valued trainer for new hires. They couldn't learn from anyone better. We are so fortunate to have had Catie assigned to us several years ago.

The team at Orchard was great. They were easy to communicate with and responsive. The house looked great when they were finished. It ended up being a little more expensive than I expected but they checked with me before proceeding with the extra time and that was fine. I appreciated how much they communicated with me and also that they stuck to their timeline. I would definitely use them again.

Orchard cleaning helped me coordinate a clean for my parents house as I live out of state. Their entire team was so kind, helpful, and responsive. My parents were so thankful their team tackled a deep clean and did a wonderful job. Highly recommend!!

They asked a lot of questions to understand our needs, worked with us to include some additional services in our package, and I quickly got the impression that they truly put a lot of care into what they do and their relationship with their customers. The ladies, Catie and Samantha, arrived and immediately switched to different shoes (impressive), and after a brief walk-thru, went right to work. They did a fantastic job, partially on a very difficult shower area. The house simply sparkled when they left. We could not be happier with their work.
