I scheduled them for our summer home up in the Great Lakes region, based upon customer reviews. I prefer a professional cleaning service because of reliability, and an office to communicate with. I have not seen their work for this first clean, but appreciated the texting ability, email responsiveness, reminders sent which include the photo of who is cleaning and the professionalism. Wonderful and professional service that is easy to manage and pay online.
Love the techs who work in my home- they are always there on time, focused and very professional and friendly. They are masters of the art.
I have given 4 stars because the way in which they arrange monthly charges, ie, if we wanted to skip a month, the charge is 1.5 times the standard 2 hour charge for monthly charges.
If we are not home for a month, the house isn’t harder to clean because nobody was home.

I cannot say enough about this company! The staff is super friendly and easy to work with. These ladies deep cleaned my house that had not been deep cleaned in….more years than I’m willing to admit. The house looks amazing! They took their time in every room and didn’t mind my nosey dogs trying to help at times.
