I normally do not take the time to write reviews but wanted to take a moment to do this because of the exceptional service I have received from Orchard Cleaning Services. My home was cleaned by a few different people, all were really great in terms of timeliness, thoroughness, and overall interaction. In particular, Jordan Gray came repeatedly and I got to know Jordan and her work over time. She was always prompt (even early), asked questions of where to focus, spent extra time on harder areas, knew the particulars of my home and did an extremely thorough job time after time. She puts her heart and soul in to her work and it shows. She has attention to detail and aims to please. In addition to her work, she is a very pleasant individual and it was a pleasure to interact with her. If Jordan is your person you will be in good hands!

Our cleaners were very professional, thorough, efficient and personable. Kara and Jordan were attentive to detail and discussed our cleaning preferences (products, etc.) and their approach at our initial clean. I so appreciated their attentiveness to our pets (indoor only cats) and assured us that they would make future cleaners aware of them, also. Returning to our home, I was thrilled with their meticulous work and the clean, fresh smell and appearance of our home! We would highly recommend the service and will look forward to their routine on a regular basis.

Aubrey did a really good job! She walked through the house with me, I pointed out the problem areas and she spent additional time on those spots. She said if I had any particular product to address the issue she could use it going forward and continue to work on it (soap sum in shower area).
