They are truly like a family...in ALL reality...there were the good days, bad days, and many of the in between. The initial plan was very smooth with Chris. However, the era of Covid made supplies, deliveries, and project completion delays more often than not. However, team members like Shae, and especially Becky, made any bad day or project issue set back reenvisioned with new clarity, perspective, and assurance that any wrong would be righted...and they were. There were even times that some delays allowed for Greg, the owner, to step in and go beyond generous in making things right as far as making up for lost time and keeping the customer more than happy with varying breaks in expenses when things did not go as planned. Expert Pools is amazing with their consistent communication and dedication to keep their customers happy.

I had an inground fiberglass pool installed through Expert Pool Builders and I couldn’t be more excited!! Everything went so nice. The Patriot Excavating and Paving team that Greg chose for me were so much fun and worked so hard while doing it. Greg’s team went above and beyond and were so professional in their work from Chris Jennings working with me on deciding what I wanted for my “Backyard Oasis” and coordinating everything, all the way to the driver of the truck picking up Patriot Excavating and Pavings machinery the very next day. Believe it or not he actually got out there and swept the dirt on the street from the equipment. The presence of the machinery to my yard was held to an amazing minimum on this project!!! The equipment crew were fantastic and worked their little hearts out to make everything just perfect!! I can’t wait to meet the concrete and electrician crews...

Highly recommend. Once the process got started everything went like clockwork. Couldn’t be happier.

We love our new pool that was installed by Expert Pool Builders. When we started using the pool we found a small issue with a shut-off valve and Greg came out the next day to have it corrected.
4 out of 5 stars were given only because the concrete install got delayed a few times due to many reasons some of which were out of Greg's control.
Overall I would and have recommended Expert Pool Builders.

Installers were on time and professional. Extensive variety of pool to choose from.

I received good educational information during my initial meeting in order to together create the pool design that was best for us. During the construction process I was kept up to date as we went through each different phase of the installation. I felt comfortable along the way with this significant investment and in the end I have a great pool and patio that I love. I would recommend expert pools to anyone looking for an inground pool.

We really appreciated the fine professional workmanship by Experts pool installation crews. The project was completed in reasonable time considering the hurdles presented by Covid-19 regarding materials and services.

Expert did a great job, the pool is beautiful and really had no issues. Getting an in-ground pool is a huge project, there are bound to be hiccups along the way. We had one issue with permits, putting our installation behind, but once it was resolved the project went pretty smooth. Based on our experience, I would recommend them to anyone.

Note -
It did take a bit to get a call back when initially calling but I would cut them a little slack, I called no less than 5 different pool companies and most told me that due to insanely high demand this year, they couldn’t even come out.

Overall - what I expected and glad we chose them.

In the end, we have a beautiful pool but it didn’t come without hiccups. Some of those may have been COVID related but my one piece of feedback is just better communication. It’s a huge investment to put in a pool and helpful to know what’s happening along the way without having to seek it. There were surprises along the way that caused us to spend way more in landscaping than planned. I try to give grace in the weird year and I have recommended Expert to friends. I hope this is just well received to make some future adjustments that may help! Our pool is beautiful and our family loves it!

Greg was great to work with and reasonably priced as well!

When my family and I started looking into the purchase of a pool for our home, we had a ton of questions. Greg took his time, talked to us about all of the different options, pros and cons based on his experience which was appreciated, He could have easily "upsold" at every turn and he instead provided us with honesty based on our needs. I cant say enough about Greg and his team. As a matter of fact, we are building a new house and will use Expert Pool Builders again!

We are very happy with Expert Pools. Even after the fact I can contact Greg, and he is always responsive and willing to help us!
