They are truly like a family...in ALL reality...there were the good days, bad days, and many of the in between. The initial plan was very smooth with Chris. However, the era of Covid made supplies, deliveries, and project completion delays more often than not. However, team members like Shae, and especially Becky, made any bad day or project issue set back reenvisioned with new clarity, perspective, and assurance that any wrong would be righted...and they were. There were even times that some delays allowed for Greg, the owner, to step in and go beyond generous in making things right as far as making up for lost time and keeping the customer more than happy with varying breaks in expenses when things did not go as planned. Expert Pools is amazing with their consistent communication and dedication to keep their customers happy.
