Northwest Frame Repair

I have a 4 year old who is an agent of destruction and his glasses have been on the receiving end of some rough play. He completely broke the temple piece off at the hinge. I couldn’t believe how hard it was to find a business that repairs glasses. Multiple optometrists (including our own) told us we just had to buy new ones and there wasn’t anything they could do to fix them. I called bull crap on that and thankfully found Northwest. I reached out to them first to see if they could really do what their website claimed they could do. I emailed Sean a picture of the glasses and he said it shouldn’t be a problem. He said once I sent the glasses in they would assess them and let me know if they could be repaired. They fixed them and they are pretty much like brand new. It saved me a good chunk of money to have them repaired rather than buy brand new glasses. I’ve since let our optometrist know they should stop telling people that glasses can’t be repaired and I gave them the contact information for Northwest. Thank you again Sean and team!
