I completely support this company! I live on the peninsula where we don’t have many eye glass repair people. Tiffany is amazing! I mailed them in and she fixed them all up and mailed them back . I can see lol I recommend this company 💯!!

Northwest is incredible! I had a two-toned pair of very expensive eyeglass frames that I desperately wanted to be all black. I searched forever trying to find a way to re-paint them. Somehow I found Northwest after a year of research - haha.. -
Within less than a week, I sent my frames and they were returned exactly as I had dreamt of. So happy! Super affordable - but most importantly, excellent craftmanship and customer service.

WOW!!! Sent NFR my favorite pair of glasses that I'd used for almost ten years. Was on the verge of spending $500 on a new pair when I decided to try them out. I spoke to Tiffany who couldn't be friendlier or more accommodating! Two weeks later I had my glasses back and in perfect condition for $80.

I cannot recommend them enough!
