Northwest frame repair did an amazing job repairing two pair of glasses. They were so great to work with, delivered very high quality, and returned the glasses very quickly. And the people are great!

I collect and resell vintage sunglasses and these guys have been an incredible asset for me. I sent them a batch of 6 glasses and gave them free reign to figure out what their capabilities were and they far exceeded my expectations.

The last batch I sent to them was probably the toughest test i could have put in front of them. 2 pairs of Vintage Tiffany glasses and both were in really rough shape. I had very specific looks in mind with gold plating, custom lens tints on top of the damage for and again they over delivered. So I bought a pair of prescription aviator eyeglass frames a while back and was recently in need of an updated prescription. My frames were in not so good shape after a couple years of daily usage and being very picky about my glasses, I, for the life of me could not decide on a pair after viewing options available from just about everywhere. I was so relieved to find parts here for a favorite pair of frames I love that are no longer available. They were very helpful, know exactly what I was looking for, and I got what I needed quickly.

I sent 4 pairs of AO sunglasses in various conditions and no longer made. One pair had prescription lenses that never fit correctly. All glasses came back with new parts and fit perfectly.

I sent four pairs of AO sunglasses, one pair was prescription. The prescription pair was done by LensCrafters, the lenses never fit correctly. Now they do perfectly.

The other frames were repaired and parts replaced. These are frames that I have worn for years because they fit me well. Now I have them for a lot more years.

I sent 3 pairs of my husbands favorite sunglasses to Northwest Frame Repair and I wish I had know about them sooner. My husbands sunglasses are expensive and over the years we would just replace the entire pair of sunglasses as they got old and worn down. Northwest Frame Repair restored the frames I sent and they are like new again. I will be using them from now on to repair all of our frames. I can’t recommend them enough.

I will tell you this - those frames are over 20 years old, The way the sales lady in Gulf Shores, AL sold them to me was simple, she took them and twisted them left and right saying "you can't break them", I was so impressed - I bought them !! Finding this company was a dream come true. I have a pair of glasses that I love but I wasn't in love with the color of the frames. I found Northwest Frame Repair online and had an email conversation to get comfortable with them before sending my glasses. I am so so so please with the powder coating they did on my glasses. Beyond professional work done. They took the glasses apart completely and powder coated every surface to the new color; they even replaced all screws to match the new color! Quality work, attention to detail and friendly rapport/service. I highly recommend that you consider them for your sunglasses restoration, repair or upgrade!

They do outstanding work. I've sent them frames for repair a few times and have never been disappointed. Fast turn around as well.

I couldn't be happier with the repairs! The weld of my earpiece to the tiny little hinge seemed impossible, but they did it and it's seamless. Replacing and polishing the gold looks amazing. The glasses look as good or better than they probably looked when my great-grandfather bought them.
