Their response to my initial inquiry about services was very fast. Turnaround time on the repair was very good also. Performed services as required…cleaned and replaced parts. Only negative was the nosepads weren’t put on straight but easy enough to bend into place. Would use them again.

Northwest Frame Repair is AMAZING! My Tom Ford eyeglass frames are made of very thin wire. The arm broke into two pieces very near the hinge. I had just replaced the lenses. The frames are almost 2 years old so I returned to where they were purchased and they provided me the contact information for Northwest Frame Repair. I was surprised to find the repair they made is undetectable and my frames are like new.

Northwest Frame Repair did one pair for me a few months ago and they worked so well, I sent in two other frames to repair. The quality was great. But one must pay a bit more for that quality.

I sent in a pair of Vintage Wayfarer II's that had seen better days. The frames were scratched and broken, NWFR gave me an estimate and had to fabricate new material around both lenses that look amazing, They brought the luster back to the frames and they even included a B&L Wayfarer case which I didn't expect, thank you very much for that added touch! If you have glasses you love that need help, these guys are the best!

I like Northwest Frame Repair because they stand behind their warranty and fixed my eyeglasses for a second time free of charge after the first repair came apart. They even covered all shipping and handling costs!

Cannot say how impressed I’m with Northwest Frame Repair! I have a pair of wood temple metal bridge frames that have seen over 13 years of heavy use. NWFrame were quick to respond to my request for welding a small bridge/nose repair and desire to powder coat. It was assessed that my temples were not removable due to design. Although powder coating was not possible, they stripped the previous coating off leaving a bare metal finish in high polish that will keep this frame in use for many more years.

Northwest frame repair stands behind their work! Initial weld failed when optician tried putting lenses back into the frames. Northwest frame repair asked me to send frame and lenses back. They repaired and put lenses in at no additional cost to me. They are now back and good as new. Thank you

Fast service quality restoration great turn around time

I had my glasses custom colored and they looked excellent. NW Frame Repair did a wonderful job. Unfortunately they broke while being released at a lab. So I won't get to wear them.. When I find another pair that I want customized I will definitely call them.

Wonderful experience! The website was very easy to navigate including detailed instructions on sending in my eyewear. They kept in touch with me via email the entire time and returned my glasses right on schedule. They work perfect. I thought I would need new glasses and very thankful I found NW Frame Repair.

Very happy I found Northwest Frame Repair. My backup "plastic" frames were broken at the bridge. Northwest Frame Repair repaired them with an internal wire that I can barely see even close-up. I've now sent a wire frame pair in with a detached temple and plan to send a third pair in for powder coating.
