Northwest Frame Repair

My 20+ year old frames were cracking around the stem at the ear. Northwest did a wonderful job repairing and restoring the stems to their original luster. Very pleased with their work.

I had several pairs of expensive, now vintage Chrome Hearts' frames that had discolored and one had a broken hinge. They did an excellent job of bringing the frames back to life.

I was really happy to find Northwest Frame Repair when it was evident that finding a new pair of frames was not the best solution for me. I have two pairs of frames that I love and that love had taken its toll on the hinges and frame surfaces. I contacted Northwest Frame Repair to coordinate an estimate for both and had them repaired and looking like new within a week. They provided excellent service and communication throughout the process. I am completely satisfied with their customer support and services.

This is the second time I needed to have a frame repaired and am totally amazed at the perfect outcome. The customer service and the excellent and speedy work performed are simply outstanding. I am indeed a happy customer and will use their service again if the need arises.

Dealing with Northwest Frame Repair was a pleasure. I was looking for original American Optical glass lenses for my original military issue sunglasses. American Optical sold their supplies to Northwest and referred me to them. The response was so very warm and friendly. They had the lenses I wanted and sent them to me. In case I sustained damage to the delicate brass screws, they offered to send me a few spare ones at no extra cost.
All and all, a most pleasant shopping experience.

My favorite frames were in need of a repair and Northwest frame repair did a brilliant job! Not only were they speedy with the repair, their service was authentic and friendly (kind of rare in this day and age!). Also, they have a really cool mural at their entry! Have 2 pair of AO pilots sunglasses 1 pair was issued to me 64 yrs ago They were in deplorable condition The 2nd pair are, about 10 yrs old and really needed some TLC I sent them to NFR and I was floored with the results They look brand new. NFR did an outstanding job on 4 of my frames ranging from a 20yr old favorite pair to a brand new pair that my dog chewed. I thought all of these frames were destined for the junk drawer but now I’m getting new lenses for all!

I took in my broken Revos in with them fractured right down the centerpiece of the nose bridge, and I had tried to glue them together With superglue so it ended up being a little bit messy northwest frame repair repaired them flawlessly to where you cannot see the fracture or the repair and then they polished the frames to remove any of the residual glue. These sunglasses are 100% restored as if they were new from the manufacturer! Absolutely pleased!. Incredible quality of work.

Northwest repaired my vintage red Oakley Antix. I didn’t like how it turned out, contacted Sean the manager, sent pictures and he agreed it was not right. Sent them back and they corrected the repair. Excellent customer service, great job very happy with the results would use again, highly recommended!

I had my 20 year old prada metal frame sunglasses re powder coated as a section had come off and looked awful. This company is the best. Such lovely customer service by the lovely Sean. And the quality of the work is outstanding with a large variety of colours to match for a really reasonable cost. Worth sending overseas to get them done as loved these sunglasses. Cannot recommend more highly.

I found these guys after a very long search a couple of years ago. This is the 4th & 5th pair of glasses I have had repaired by them, as a person who cannot wear contacts I am very pleased with Tiffany and her crews work. They have enabled me to keep many of my classic ww2 Ray bans in use after the passing of the optometrist who I had worked with in the past. They seem to be a little bit more mainstream these days (not sure if good or bad) in the past it sometimes took a little work to get hold of her. I must let you know do not be in a hurry if you having your favorite pair repaired , good things come to those who wait !
