We hired Northshire Cleaning to do a deep clean and they did an excellent job- we have also hired them for bi monthly cleanings. They really know how deeply clean a home. We are so happy we found them!

We had Gary come do our cleaning today in our larger three-bedroom apartment. He showed up on time and conducted himself professionally. He double checked with me of exactly what we were looking for in a overall general cleaning. He completed the job well to our asks and left our home clean and spotless! Though I didn’t get a chance to utilize Anna’s service, I can 100% attest to their professionalism and customer service being absolutely top-notch. One of our coworkers had a baby and we coordinated with Anna for a gift certificate to provide some house cleaning services, only to realize that we’d gotten the wrong address from HR. She contacted us to let us know, offered to help find and validate a new cleaning service that was within our coworker’s area, and was just generally incredibly responsive and helpful. Looking through all the other reviews this level of customer service is their norm, and I would be very comfortable recommending them to work with based on our interactions!
