Absolutely five stars for Northshire Cleaning Services! Anna was fantastic from start to finish—professional, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. We had a tight timeline for a move-in/move-out clean on an old farmhouse, and she made it happen without hesitation. The place was in rough shape, and Anna brought it back to life—spotless, fresh, and move-in ready. I couldn’t be more impressed with her work ethic and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

We have had Anna & Jeremy cleaning our house for a number of years. If you are looking for someone to help with cleaning THESE ARE THE PEOPLE. They are reliable, diligent, hard working & trustworthy. The house is spotless when they are done. They are flexible if necessary and a pleasure to work with. The few times they were unable to come themselves they sent other employees from their Northshire Cleaners team. They have all done an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

Though I didn’t get a chance to utilize Anna’s service, I can 100% attest to their professionalism and customer service being absolutely top-notch. One of our coworkers had a baby and we coordinated with Anna for a gift certificate to provide some house cleaning services, only to realize that we’d gotten the wrong address from HR. She contacted us to let us know, offered to help find and validate a new cleaning service that was within our coworker’s area, and was just generally incredibly responsive and helpful. Looking through all the other reviews this level of customer service is their norm, and I would be very comfortable recommending them to work with based on our interactions!

Anna and her husband as well as her team, Sarah and Kyle, are indeed the best, most thorough, undeniably highly trained, thoughtful, diligent people and are attentive to every small detail (w/o being asked) that we have experienced in a house cleaner..ever! They are truly incredible and all of the above adjectives are accurate, and may I add, we are very selective and picky.

We have used NC since 2015 and HIGHLY recommend...now if they only had branches in other areas as well...
