It started with the salesman, Neil, he is a kind, genuine, and honest man. He only states was is true and makes the process easy, understandable, and was on site during installation as well. We did a walk through and looked at each window, inside and outside to make sure I was happy with the outcome. He spot cleaned a window to make sure that when he walked away, I did not have to do anything. Kacey and Mike were the installers. I could not have asked for better guys to work with. Their work was impeccable, they paid attention to every detail. Mike even helped with making sure everything was out the way and off the walls so nothing would get ruined. Kacey, the lead installer, was very professional, but took the time to love up on the dog, and engage with my grandson(he was forever in the way). A couple of the screens were damaged in shipping and Neil insisted that some money was held back until they get installed. I was very impressed with the company and their employees. I would recommend them to everyone!
