we use nexgen again, still great and maintain good quality of their products and service.

Several of our builder graded windows badly need replacement in 2018. Since we were pretty new in Longmont. I went to home advisor looked for reliable brands and company for windows replacement. I had 9 interview set up at the time. NexGen was the only one stand out.( recommended by my neighbor ). From the sales representative Ted, very knowledgeable to their products and not intend to intimidate my decision making, to communicate with Hunter regarding setting up appointment for critical measurements and date for installation, to Rick to install the windows. The whole process was well organize and went smoothly. I was impressed and at ease we finally find a company we can rely on. Sure enough, this January, 5 more windows need replacement. I contacted Nex Gen , here Ted working with me again, Hunter follow up, this time is deferent crews to install the windows. Kenny and Don were on time, had 5 windows installed professionally in timely manner. They went above and beyond to get the job done properly. This is the company holding high stand and provide great service . I am glad they still think customer service matter. We loved the infinity and planning to replace the remaining windows over a period of time. Of course we will be using Nex Gen again!
