Nex-Gen was a fabulous partner in the daunting task of replacing all of the windows in my home. There was no question that Neil Horn couldn’t answer with great detail and enthusiasm. I felt that my priorities (cost and quality) were highly valued and they stayed true to them to the end of the project. The installation was on time and the crew was hard working and approachable. Neil even came back a few days later to seal some of the cracks in the pre-existing exterior area around the new frames. The windows are a great quality! There has been construction on my street this week. In the past, I would have needed to rescheduled meetings because of the noise. NexGen replaced all of the windows in our house and we couldn’t be happier! We had several quotes and decided to go with NexGen. Neil came over and did an excellent job explaining about the windows, installation, awesome warranty and all that. He helped us pick out windows when visiting their showroom and also a ProVia front door and kitchen door. Nate and Arthur did a great job installing the windows and kitchen door. OMG I am so happy with my Mervyn glass fiberglass framed windows. I chose these frames because they were able to stain the frames to match my beautiful interior woodwork frames plus the bronze exterior frames. I started with sliding glass doors and stationary windows first then a few years later finished the rest. Not only have I noticed how these windows keeps outside noise drastically reduced but my energy bill for air conditioning is reduce. So easy to clean inside and outside which I usually just hose off saving me so much time. Ted my rep was so helpful and always there for me for every question I had plus I made a new friend . I compared all the other window and they just didn't match up to Nex Gen Mervyn glass. My friend just did hers and loves them as much as I do. Read more >

We appreciate Nex-Gen's commitment to quality and attention to detail from the start to finish. The ordering process was easy (Neil, our design consultant, listened to us and steered us to exactly what we were looking for) and everything happened according to schedule - a first for us. Our customer service experience with Nex-Gen windows from start to finish was amazing. Our sales rep Clark Mace provided great insight and transparency into the product design quality and warranty and kept us informed about our order status thru the entire process. Brian our installer was very friendly and timely installing our windows. His PM Don stopped by during install to ensure everything was being completed to our satification. Nex-Gen runs their company how a company should be run. We received three quotes for new windows for our home and Nex-Gen was very competitive and offered the best value for the price. Every person we have dealt with throughout the process has been amazing - cordial and professional from start to finish - and we couldn't be happier with our windows and how great they look. Called to report the issue and they had Mark come out a couple days later, he was efficient and respectful. Taught me how to adjust the window to fix the problem. I received 3 different bids (NG, Anderson, and Champion) on replacement windows for my house. NextGen came in very competitive (nearly equal to the lowest cost) and had better financing options. The windows are good quality and simple to use/clean. The salesman (Clark M.) was knowledgeable, helpful, low-pressure, and displayed a genuine interest in ensuring the whole process went smoothly (education/options, ordering, updates, and check-in after install). Their install team was top-notch too. They were personable, accommodating (furniture, pets, roommate's needs, landscaping, etc), very efficient and took care to keep the area clean while installing each window. Clark had a good presentation to show why Next-Gen windows were a good investment along with all the options available to me as far as color and style. I was very impressed with Alberto and his crew who showed up ready to work and they did a great job with the installation.
