We have 44 year-old Marvin wood windows in our home. The 19 windows are still beautiful. We put storm windows on a few years back, and unfortunately there was a lot of condensation between the primary and storm - especially on our upper story. We were ready to replace them, with a quote of $36,000 from a local contractor. Before this, we called Nex Gen in Fort Collins as we thought a Marvin replacement might be a great solution. The staff was superb - so caring and friendly! In September Ted drove 105 miles (one ways) to Sterling for a consultation. He said our windows were in excellent shape, and he felt three holes drilled in the bottom of the storm windows would provide air flow - and prevent this condensation.
