Nex-Gen did a wonderful job start to finish. The sliding glass door was just what we ordered and the installation went smoothly. Steve, Arthur and Neil were on-site to make sure the job was done correctly and that we were were satisfied. Definitely a positive experience and a great result for us.

What an amazing experience. Over the last couple years we have had so many bad experiences with other companies. We had a new garage door installed (terrible craftsmanship) a new front door (screen door still isn’t right after countless retry’s) a new patio door ( so bad we had Next -Gen replace it after only one year). So we were really hoping that this window replacement would somehow not be a disaster. That’s when we found Next-Gen. from the time Dan the sales representative stepped into our house til the last window was installed we have been so impressed. Great product, great installation. We love the windows! The entire house was finished in one day and they cleaned up great. We have no drafts or streaking even after all the rain and wind. And the light is amazing, not to mention the price. We are so happy, we've just ordered doors. Highly recommend

They have done it again! Reuben and his crew put in a new window, and my house looks amazing! They took out a fake bay window and transformed the entire look of my house. I can not say how wonderfully respectful, honest, and trustworthy the entire company is...Chris, Janice, Thomas, Reuben, etc....! If you need windows, doors , or now siding, these guys are the ones I would call first (it will be your only call).

In April, Nex-Gen Windows & Doors replaced the entry door along with 8 windows in our home. In the 4 months following the upgrade, we couldn’t be happier. The team was so friendly and helpful through the process. We never felt pressure to buy and there was no upselling or add-ons to the cost. The crew that performed the install was courteous, and I was surprised that the install was completed in a single day. Neil, the project manager, stopped by two times through the day to ensure the project was on track and answer any questions. I had quite a few different company come out to bid some replacement windows. Ended up going with Steve and Nex-Gen. Save yourself some time and just start with them. I found the pricing to be fair and the window quality is great. The biggest difference I noticed was the service. The installers were fantastic. They showed up right on time, spent the extra time to make sure they kept my brick molding usable, they were clean and efficient. Really impressed with that side of the installation.

All aspects of the window replacement project was conducted in a straight forward, no pressure, courteous and professional manner. Back office staff provided timely updates on delivery and scheduling. Installation was on time, courteous and were very respectful of household cleanliness i.e. carpet runners, drop cloths. Job site was cleaned and debris removed. Installation supervisor was thorough in inspection of completed job and provided comprehensive care, maintenance and warranty information. Overall a great job by all involved. Highly recommended!

We had put off replacing our late 70's home's windows after having a couple of bad experiences with other window installation companies in the area - including one where I had to forcefully tell a salesman to leave my home. But after encountering multiple people who had used Nex-Gen (and all had great experiences), we decided to reach out to them.

Dan, the sales representative we worked with, was polite, friendly, inquisitive about our goals, and worked diligently to educate us and provide us with a couple of different options that he felt were aligned with what we were looking for.

After doing our own research and discussing the project further, we were all-in on replacing all 11 of our home's vinyl windows through Nex-Gen. The pricing was very competitive for the quality of products that they offer, and the reviews were consistently excellent.

We used Nex-Gen to replace a builder installed poor quality sliding door that had warped over time. From the initial sales visit to the installation, and post installation follow-up, the Nex-Gen team was prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable about what product would work best for us. They also stand by their products and were quick to respond to and resolve an issue we had over a year after installation.

My wife and I received high-quality, friendly, and conscientious service from this family-owned business, beginning with Ted's initial visit, through Brent's critical measurements visit, to Rick and crew's window installation. All appointments were promptly kept. We had eight medium-sized aluminum-frame windows replaced, with the whole process taking less than a day. The installation crew was neat and cleaned up more than once as they worked. They were particularly attentive to the needs of our four cats, which had to be kept isolated and away from empty window openings. The combined warranties from the Marvin company and Nex-Gen appear to be quite comprehensive. When one of the newly installed windows turned up a minor defect in the glass, Rick's immediate response was to inform us he'd write up a warranty service form and get the sash replaced in two to three weeks. Ted did a great job looking at all of our windows and helping us decide which windows to replace this time to match our budget. Ruben and his crew did a great job installing the windows. They kept the rooms clean as they worked and were fast and efficient. Neil Horn did the final inspection and made sure we were happy. Overall, it was a very good experience for us.

We love our new doors. From the beginning having Ted Rajewski come out and talk to us and help us design the perfect doors for our home. The process has been so smooth and professional. Neil and Roberto's crew did a great job with the installation on our new Provia door. They were on time, courteous, and communicated throughout the process as well. Justin, the sales consultant, also did a great job. He was upfront, clear, and friendly while going through the design process, getting pricing, and choosing a door company. On top of that, the door came sooner than expected and looks amazing!

We love our new windows and door. The only part we didn’t enjoy was the installation process. The guys left nails on our roof which we asked them to clean up, but noticed they were still there after they left. Also they use dirty floor covers and walked through my home I got a metal splinter from the dirty floor covers which was very difficult to remove. Also the effort they take to protect your belongings is mediocre at best. We had to clean everything because there was dust covering everything once they were finished. Overall, happy with the windows and other interactions, but please do better with your installs.

We replaced our upstairs windows with Marvin 7 years ago. Ted did a great job of showing and explaining the Marvin windows. We are now going to replace all our main level windows, ( 8 windows) with Marvin. We are once again very pleased with Ted and the Nex-Gen staff.

I highly recommend Nex-Gen Window & Doors! We've worked with Ted over three different projects to replace all of our windows and patio door. The Marvin Infinity window is awesome; a huge improvement over our home's original windows! For a quality product, professional service, and great value, Nex-Gen is great!

We put Marvin windows in our prior home and loved them. When we found ourselves needing new windows in our current home we knew we wanted to get a quote from Nex-Gen. We knew it was going to be a costly but necessary venture. We got the quote and ordered the windows in October. The window openings were measured multiple times. By the beginning of December the windows arrived and were expertly installed in 2 1/2 days. (This was over 20 windows plus creating a large sliding door where a window had been.) I can’t say enough good things about Nex-Gen. By the way, Nex-Gen was significantly less costly than Anderson and despite repeated attempts, Pella would never return our calls and e-mails.

I recently had 5 windows and 3 sliding glass doors replaced by Nex-gen. I could not be happier with the service and products they provided. Ted came out and offered some changes to an existing kitchen window that turned out beautifully. Every person I worked with was professional, kind and very respectful of my property.
