Neil, Dustin and Aurther were beyond fantastic! The three of them are clearly experienced professionals in their respective fields. Dustin and Aurther replaced 3 windows in a few hours with minimal intrusion. The windows look great and they did a great job cleaning up. Neil is incredibly knowledgeable not only about the products but also with educating the homeowner about little things they can do to help keep the windows working well for the lifetime of the window. My wife and I reached out to several companies when we started shopping for windows. When we called Nextgen, Neil Horn offered to come out to our house when I got off work at 10pm. Neil is honestly one of the most genuine and polite people I have ever met. Neil showed us different options and was anything but pushy. When we decided to go with Nextgen, Neil was able to answer every single question we had. Once the windows were ordered, we were told to expect the construction and shipping to take upwards of 5 months. 3 months later, we were scheduled for install. Neil and Don both came and oversaw the install on both of the days Ruben and his team were here. Ruben and his crew were timely and so polite. Had Nex-Gen replace one window back in 2017; they did a good job. Window still looks like new & is better quality than the other windows in the house. We were entirely happy. We need another window replaced, so I contacted them. A scheduler called & emailed me quickly, and we set up an appointment with Ted. He came out again the same week (he remembered the house etc.). Working with the Nex-Gen team has been a great experience! We worked with Neil to pick our replacement windows. He was thorough and very professional. The in-house team came out for field measurements to make sure the windows would fit perfectly. When installation day came Steve and Arthur were amazing!
