Nex-Gen Windows & Doors

What a great company! We had the best experience with Nex-Gen in their replacing some windows for us. Our project seemed to come with a couple of challenges and we could not have had a better outcome! Ted Rajewski was our sales rep who came to look at what we needed. He has a wealth of experience and was confident in a great outcome. We had some additional wood around the interior of the old windows (three windows) for attaching our wood shutters. We wondered if that wood needed to come out for the install. Ted assured us that if that was needed, they would put it all back together and it would look the same. As it turned out, the installers did the job without removing the wood at all! Then there was our old garden window over our kitchen sink, for which we chose an awning window. After mixup on initial bid process, all went well. Nex-Gen worked around our schedule, crew was on time, on task, pleasant to have “invade” our home, accommodating, polite, knowledgeable, careful and neat. Crew leader Robert continually checked that we were satisfied at every step. He did a couple of extra “fix ups” in our window openings. The job by nature is messy but they did a complete cleanup. Project Manager, Joe Martinez, checked several times, and reported my concerns with the product to Marvin rep. He also advised on finishing the windows (we will seal the ultrex& wood before Nex-Gen returns to fill/caulk seams). He assured us that even though we accepted the finished installation, if we note additional items, Nex-Gen will return and address those concerns. Superior product and Joe was a wonderful project manager and his crews really know what they are doing. Thank you, Joe and crew. I would have given 5 stars but there were some glitches in early communication with my install, but they were handled quite well.

We replaced 11 windows a year and a half ago and today we are meeting with the best representative ever...Ted Rajewski.. as we are ready to replace more windows. I can't say enough about the windows..Marvin Infinity..they are fantastic! The installation was trouble free...no mess and the crew was so professional. We needed the inside trim touched up and they did that also. Everything went smoothly and our electric bill reflects a monthly savings of these very energy efficient windows. I have worked with NexGen for several years replacing windows in my home, a sliding patio door and most recently, an entry door with a storm door. I absolutely love it!! They are the best to work with from start to finish. Installers were awesome!!

NexGen installed 8 full frame infinity by Marvin replacement windows in our home in Fort Collins. These windows replaced older single pane wood windows that were original to the house in 1968. The new windows are all casement windows and the worksmanship of the Marvin window is unbeatable at their price point. High quality hardware and high quality screens. I am very pleased with NexGen’s installers and finish work. They exceeded expectations. Would highly recommend NexGen to anyone needing replacement windows.

We purchased our windows from Nex--Gen in 2013. Brent and Ted were excellent to work with and our new windows have been awesome!
2023 we noticed that on some of the casement windows the seals were getting brittle.
Mainly the windows that are exposed to direct Colorado sun the longest.. Definitely not the windows fault. 10 years of direct Colorado sun is hard on everything.
I called Nex-Gen for warranty work, and they sent Mike out to fix them. Mike did an excellent job ! He replaced the seals on all of the casement windows. Our windows are like new again !
I highly recommend Nex-Gen and Mike.

We looked at 4 different companies for our door install. We had an old, unusual sliding door system and no doggie door. Nex-Gen (Teri, Eduardo, and Angelo) were awesome and helped us get a custom French door with built-in doggie door. The doors arrived earlier than expected and were installed quickly. Love our new doors! Will definitely use Nex-Gen again.

We couldn't be happier with our Nextgen Infinity windows. They are beautiful, easy to vent and clean and the installers were top-notch! This local company has wonderful customer service, so we are repeat customers.

I purchased a storm door from Nex-Gen. it was a very smooth transaction and it was a pleasure doing business with them. From the very beginning and on through to the installation everyone was very customer oriented and professional. I will do business with them again and I highly recommend them.

This time we had one window replaced. Last job we had 8 windows replaced. There were different instances & both times they did a great job. Install was good & cleanup was good too. Nex-Gen installed several windows and two doors-including an oversized patio door. Several windows were a special challenge as they faced open space with a high hillside drop off. I worried it would be impossible to replace them correctly. Nex-Gen worked hard to get it right and did a perfect job. From start to finish, the customer service and communication was excellent. Justin, Neil, and Roberto were fantastic to work with. Their background in construction was a huge help when figuring out what needed to be done. We felt respected and that they were committed to recommending only what was best for our situation. Roberto and the installation crew also did great work. Everything was placed and sealed perfectly with a beautiful result. We no longer worry about the high winds and sideways rain we sometimes get on the ridge leaking around our windows.

After purchasing our home 2 years ago, we knew most of the windows needed replacing. Then the hail came, so we bit the bullet and decided to replace all 15 windows and the patio door as well. We started our homework and research and came up with 4 different companies to have come and show us their product.
As a daughter of a Sears salesman during years of 1970 to 2002, I use to watch him sell appliances to every walk of life. He was one of the few salesmen that tried to sell you what YOU wanted and could afford, not what THEY wanted him to sell you. And he was honest. Still a salesman, but honest. This is what I found in Ted Rajewski. He was efficient, smart and honest.

We received excellent service in replacing two large windows in our house. Measurement was expertly done and the windows were delivered on time. The price was reasonable. The installation crew were prompt and both the installation and its supervision excellent. We know because the weather turned really cold so we knew for sure. We have also had a followup visit. This is a local business so I know I can contact them for any additional followup I want.

Their windows appear to be good units. Initially, we had trouble with drainage on slider windows that was eventually remedied, but it took a number of visits to achieve a solution. In the end, it was determined to be a manufacturer-caused issue that once analyzed, was easily remedied. We had damage from a bad hail storm and they lived up to their warranty policy with replacement/repair.

I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Ted Rajewski went above and beyond to help me design and choose a new front door! He was prompt in responding to my texts and came to my home more than once to make sure I was comfortable with my decision. He was professional, knowledgable and friendly. As a customer I was listened to and valued.

Several years ago, Nex-Gen installed Marvin windows in our home. We were extremely pleased with the care and professionalism of the team. Recently, we had an older Marvin patio door with a slight problem. We contacted Nex-Gen. Cari, the receptionist, was very nice. Mike called to set up an appointment to look at the patio door.
