I had the pleasure of meeting a couple of Nex-Gen employees - Cari and Mike, when my vehicle broke down stranding me on 25. Cari and Mike stopped to see if their could help and were incredibly gracious and patient with helping me out of a difficult situation; even going out of their way to give me a ride to Denver. I’m from Virginia and in Denver visiting my daughter and haven’t used Nex-Gen services, but if Cari and Mike are an example of the quality of Nex-Gen employee (and I suspect since the company has a BBB 5Star / A+ rating the owner - Brent, is very selective with picking quality, conscientious folks for his Teams - Cari and Mike are just an example), I recommend if you’re looking for services they provide to give them call. We recently had Nex-Gen install five new windows in our basement; we had all of the upstirs windows replaced earlier; so this is our second time with Nex-Gen. We could not be happier with the product, their installers and their personal services. Our installers (Ed and Aaron) worked tirelessly and with excellence and kept us informed about each step in the install process. What an amazing experience. Over the last couple years we have had so many bad experiences with other companies. We had a new garage door installed (terrible craftsmanship) a new front door (screen door still isn’t right after countless retry’s) a new patio door ( so bad we had Next -Gen replace it after only one year). So we were really hoping that this window replacement would somehow not be a disaster. I highly recommend Nex-Gen if you are looking for quality attractive windows and doors. I just had them out for the second time to install two doors and two windows. In April, Nex-Gen Windows & Doors replaced the entry door along with 8 windows in our home. In the 4 months following the upgrade, we couldn’t be happier. The team was so friendly and helpful through the process. We never felt pressure to buy and there was no upselling or add-ons to the cost. I had quite a few different company come out to bid some replacement windows. Ended up going with Steve and Nex-Gen. Save yourself some time and just start with them. I found the pricing to be fair and the window quality is great. The biggest difference I noticed was the service. The installers were fantastic. All aspects of the window replacement project was conducted in a straight forward, no pressure, courteous and professional manner. Back office staff provided timely updates on delivery and scheduling. Installation was on time, courteous and were very respectful of household cleanliness i.e. carpet runners, drop cloths. Job site was cleaned and debris removed. Installation supervisor was thorough in inspection of completed job and provided comprehensive care, maintenance and warranty information. We had put off replacing our late 70's home's windows after having a couple of bad experiences with other window installation companies in the area - including one where I had to forcefully tell a salesman to leave my home. But after encountering multiple people who had used Nex-Gen (and all had great experiences), we decided to reach out to them.

Dan, the sales representative we worked with, was polite, friendly, inquisitive about our goals, and worked diligently to educate us and provide us with a couple of different options that he felt were aligned with what we were looking for.

From the initial sales visit to the installation, and post installation follow-up, the Nex-Gen team was prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable about what product would work best for us. My wife and I received high-quality, friendly, and conscientious service from this family-owned business, beginning with Ted's initial visit, through Brent's critical measurements visit, to Rick and crew's window installation. All appointments were promptly kept. We had eight medium-sized aluminum-frame windows replaced, with the whole process taking less than a day. The installation crew was neat and cleaned up more than once as they worked. They were particularly attentive to the needs of our four cats, which had to be kept isolated and away from empty window openings. The combined warranties from the Marvin company and Nex-Gen appear to be quite comprehensive. When one of the newly installed windows turned up a minor defect in the glass, Rick's immediate response was to inform us he'd write up a warranty service form and get the sash replaced in two to three weeks.
