Nex-Gen Windows & Doors

After 3+ years of pondering over replacing the 6 basement windows and dealing with spiders in the windows sills, we made the decision to go with Infinity windows. The installers were challenged with the concrete walls and the non-standard framing done on the existing aluminum windows which initially had me concerned in how they could make the windows fit properly, They did an AMAZING job in ensuring the windows were sealed well and their attention to details of final touches eliminated all my concerns with imperfections that the original windows presented . We are so pleased with the quality workmanship and the sales rep follow-up that we plan to replace ALL the windows in our home in the near future. Nex-Gen has been a pleasure to work with in this major home improvement investment.

We had Nexgen install rain gutters and heavyweight vynil soffit and fascia four years ago. Now instead of painting we just hose it down and it looks like new, one of the best decisions we've made! We highly recommend Brent and Ted for all your home exterior needs!

We replaced a large picture window, smaller casement window, and patio door in our home. Our experience with the company through the whole purchase and installation was easy and efficient. The quality of the windows and door are excellent. The installers who put the windows and door in our home were thorough, conscientious, and concerned about "doing it right." We replaced our old Marvin windows and patio door with Infinity by Marvin in October 2013. We had been very satisfied with our Marvin windows and had explored many options when it came time to replace them, not finding any that were satisfactory in our opinion. When we came upon the Infinity booth at the Greeley Home and Garden Show we knew we had found the right replalcements for us. The look of wood and the way they worked was very impressive, and the fact that they could be stained to match the other woodwork in our house was exciting, as any vinyl options had only a white and tan choice and our woodwork is dark. This is review # 2 for the team at Nex-Gen Exteriors and Infinity fiberglass windows. The earlier review is below, which was for a sliding glass door. This review is for several new windows that are part of planned upgrades for 2015-2016.

Just like last time, the purchase & installation process was smooth. The installer (Steve) arrived on time each day in a nicely outfitted work rig that had all the tools on hand to ensure a professional installation. He kept the worksite clean and tidy and paid attention to the details, particularly the trim. We switched up the trim style as we got into the project and the schedule was adjusted on their end with nothing more than a couple of phone calls. Steve was helpful enough to suggest some design alternatives and ultimately we got the trim looking just like we envisioned.

We recently had our windows replaced at our cabin in the mountains. Nex-Gen did a great job. They removed our window coverings and old windows, installed the new windows, re-installed the window coverings, and cleaned everything up like new again. All without us being at home during the install. They took care of everything. Very professional.

-Nex Gen: what more could you ask for…they showed up when they said they would show up for the initial estimate. The product came in at the approximate time they said it would come in when the deposit was taken. They showed up at the arranged time for the install and installed the big window (6x7) in a little more than half a day. They stained the trim to match…then re-hung the blinds and it was done for that day. They came back for about an hour's worth of touchup the next day and that finished the project. There was no trace that they had been there except for the faint smell of wood stain…and that great looking window.

My wife and I did many hours of research looking for the right replacement windows for our home. We finally selected the Ultrex product and Nexgen as our installer. We are thrilled with the quality of the windows and the installation. Brent and his team were professional, detailed and very courteous. They installed 21 windows and the craftsmanship is excellent on every window. Do not look anywhere else for your replacement windows. As my grandfather used to tell me, "It is smarter to spend a little more than you planned than less then you should". You will not be disappointed!

We just replaced 23 windows including our patio door and absolutely LOVE them. I did my research and found fiberglass windows were our #1 choice. We drove over to the show room and met with Ted, who is wonderful, and he gave us a ton of information and showed us all the options we had. We then set up an appointment for him to measure and give us a quote. We ordered our windows and set up a time to install. Unfortunately my father-in law passed when we were supposed to install. they were so helpful in arranging times when my mom could be there. The installer Steve was GREAT! Our windows look phenomenal! We have noticed a huge difference in the temperature in the house staying more consistent. We would only recommend Marvin by Nex- Gen for windows they are the best!!!

During the search to replace the original vinyl windows in our home our goal was to purchase the best window we could find because of our location. We live in an area with a great view but the downside to the view is the windy conditions we encounter. During that quest we contacted Andersen because friends said that they were some the best windows made. From the start it was made very clear our concerns about our winds and that our needs were looking for the best window. Being assured they had the best product on market we purchased 5 windows with the expectation to replace the remaining windows over the next few years. We just got our 8 infinity replacement windows and 1 sliding patio door installed on 6-24-13 and they are absolutely fantastic. Brent and his crew went above and beyond anything I could of ever expected. Brent is a true craftsman and a perfectionist in all of his work. They made sure everything was covered and no mess for us to clean up. I had 4 different window companys come to our house for their sales pitch and didn't feel comfortable with any of them until I made a trip to Loveland and talked to Ted and Brent. So if you are thinking about replaceing your windows let me give you some very good advice and don't waste your time like I did with these other window companys. Get in your car and go straight to Loveland and talk to Ted or just give him a call because he'll be glad to come to your house and show you these fantastic windows. Thanks Nex-Gen we love our new windows. We purchased eight Marvin Infinity windows last summer and they have more than met our expectations, they perform as advertised and we have definitely seen and felt a difference in the house. The entire process from beginning to end was a breeze, from the pricing and no pressure sales from Ted, to the professional installation from Josh. Ted is extremely knowledgeable about the products, answered all questions and followed up on everything as promised, very easy to work with. My husband and I absolutely love our new patio door! It's the first thing people notice when they come through our front door. It completely changed our living/dining room to a room of sunny luxury. We purchased windows from Nex Gen over 7 years ago. They exceeded expectations then and continue to exceed expectations. They slide well, remove for cleaning easily and are not drafty at all. The process of getting replacement window from Nex-Gen was excellent; from the consultation with Ted Rajewski, to the instillation process everything was professional. We were shown actual working samples of the windows we would get and told about the environmental ratings on those windows. Our previous windows were oak with oak trim around them; the service people at Nex-Gen matched the color perfectly! The installer was very professional, neat and tidy in his work and kept us apprised of the work schedule. We've had our windows for several months now and can't believe the difference in the room temperatures. There is no longer dirt or wind blowing in. The windows are so light in weight; they.. open and close so easily. The follow up on the installation was also excellent; Ted came out to check the work of the installer and has made subsequent calls to make sure we are happy...
