I love my windows, they look good and are so easy to use.

Great product, great team. My wife and I actually got a few quotes for our project. We decided to go with Next Gen because of their price, professionalism, and knowledge.

We have a second phase to our project and we will definitely be using Next Gen

From the beginning to the end including a followup by the company's customer service to see what experience we had was absolutely outstanding. This is a company that is professional but also like family. The sale personnel was great with helping us get the right door for our patio. The owner came and did the final measurement and was just excellent. This experience continued with the installers. They were outstanding. They protected the floors cleaned up everything inside and out. Very professional but yet fun to have in our home. Looking for a great and outstanding experience .....use Nex-Gen Windows and doors, you won't regret you did.

We love the marvin infinity windows with the fiberglass everwood. The window did well with baseball sized hail too! We have a had a few other window companies give us quotes and those quotes we much higher and that is using vinyl compared to the better fiberglass. The service from Nex-Gen is awesome too!

Nex Gen presented the best product by specification with the Anlin Windows . They weren't the cheapest, but by far the best value. The professionalism of the craftsmanship, sales process and installation process was refreshing. I am 100% satisfied.

We recently ordered Marvin Infinity windows and a patio door for our 1980's home. We are not new to the window business. My husband worked 27 years as a window and door customer service rep. for another window manufacturer, a window sales company and a top local building center. He worked on EVERY brand. Marvin proved to him over and over that they are 100% the BEST product. Why?... because they always had little or no problems. The big name and highly advertised window manufacturers were always a pain to service.
Monday we met with Ted from Nex-Gen. He was friendly and he knows his product. We are delighted to work with this company to get the best windows and patio door for us. We will add to this review down the road with our rating on arrival time, installation and service.

We knew nothing of...

Best window company hands down. Quality of windows are the best. They know what they are doing. They communicate with you from the beginning to the end. There installation team are respectful and makes the process easy. They go above and beyond. I will recommend them to everyone.

We had 11 poorly installed, builder grade windows replaced in our 20 year old home. What a difference! The ordering process was much easier than expected and the installation went very smoothly. Everyone was very easy to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend Nex-Gen!

We bought a couple of Windows from nexgen 4 years ago the infinity picture Windows they did a wonderful job we loved them. We like them so well we are going to have them replace the rest of the Windows in our house this month. Jason sold them to us the first time and Ted is selling them to us this time, they are both amazing to work with. I would highly recommend Nexgen for your replacement windows.

I have worked with Nex-Gen on two projects: windows and siding. The sales team and contractors were all respectful and paid attention to details. My only complaint is how long it took to get the materials. The management took note of this when I was asked about my satisfaction. Otherwise, the installment was done well and within a reasonable time frame. Thanks for the good work.

We worked with Jason and Brent and their install team in 2015 at our historic 1906 cabin in Estes Park, and had a fantastic experience. So much so that we are engaging them again on a second project! The window quality is outstanding, and the customer service is second to none!

There's a reason NexGen Windows and Doors is a 5 star business. I'm a perfectionist with slight anxiety but decided to let this company install my new windows less than a week before Christmas. When my window ledge was damaged removing a particularly stubborn, 20-year old, leaky window, I was sad, but, told them not to worry about it. It was old, falling apart, and I would take care of it. However, the very next morning, NexGen was at my door, installing a new custom window ledge, leaving it looking better than it was before! When I expressed my surprise and gratitude to the owner, he said, "This is how we do business. We take care of our customers." Wow! They certainly do! My yard was cleaned up, and they left the outside of my house looking just as good or better than it was before. And the windows and patio door are fantastic! I got NexGen's more economical Anlin windows....

We had several demo's and estimates done by the competition and after the sticker shock we decided to do a Google search for window replacement based on customer reviews. We found Next Gen exteriors with the highest customer satisfaction. The salesman was amazing,low pressure, informative, and friendly. We had 8 windows and two sets of sliding glass doors replaced and the whole job was done in a day and half. It has been about two weeks since the job was completed and we could not be happier. No drafts, amazing look for the house and all of the neighbors want to know who did our work. Thank you Next Gen you have a customer for life.

The greatest company we’ve ever worked with. Ted was awesome! The infinity widows made the house!!!

Nex-Gen replaced 7 old aluminum windows with new vinyl windows for us. The work included replacing old cracked composite window sills with wooden sills. The installation team did fantastic work- the new windows and sills looked and fit perfect. The windows were installed 4 years ago, and despite unshaded west facing sun exposure they still look and perform great today.

I would use Nex-Gen again.

Brent helped us choose the best windows for our home and the look we wanted. We wanted the windows to blend with our house and to last, so we selected Infinity EverWood. Brent chose a stain that matches the wood in our house and no visitor has done other than rave about how beautiful the windows look. Brent and his team installed all the windows (20 +) in our house and did a wonderful job.

The team was respectful, professional, and friendly during the installation, keeping our house as clean as possible and making the disruption as easy as it could be. The installation went smoothly and the windows are solid, draft-free, and gorgeous.

The installation was seven years ago and the windows look and perform as if they were new. We are exceedingly happy that we went with Nex-Gen and Infinity!

We decided to replace 14 year old vinyl windows in the entire house. Went to Nex-Gen after receiving an unsolicited recommendation. Ted promptly came to the house and gave us an estimate. Contract was made and after only 40 days received the date for install. Install team was careful and professional. Had a slight problem with a difficult bay window but Rick May came right out and corrected the problem, calling back and doing what he said he would do. That reliability was very important to us. We feel assured that should anything else present itself we can call Nex-Gen and they will follow up with us.

A few years ago, Nex-Gen replaced all our windows and slider doors in our Namaqua Hills home west of Loveland.
The total was 19 windows and 5 sliders.

Excellent products and expert installation. No problems so far and we are very satisfied with the result. Great people.

Only 4 weeks from time of order to installation, minor problem with installation was corrected next day.

Would use them again

This review is actually from Beulah Buis, my mother. She had Nex-Gen put new windows on both her house in Fort Collins, and a rental house in Loveland. She loves the product and work they did at both places. She got hail recently on her house in Fort Collins and called them to check for damage. Ted came within 4 days to check everything out. She would definitely recommend this company to anyone who owns a house.

The people and products at Nex-Gen are awesome. They have replaced our windows and patio door. The customer service has been great and we've been really happy with the quality and looks of our Infinity from Marvin windows and french doors. I highly recommend this Nex-Gen.

A few months ago I researched different companies for our HOA because several neighbors had said they wanted to replace some or all of their windows. Of the four companies I checked, Nex-Gen was the one we all chose. Ted is great, friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. He has done work here for several residents. And now he's helping me too. I'm very happy working with Ted and I know I'll be happy with the windows that he'll have installed in my home!

Glad we choose Next Gen! We had some of the other major companies come out and give us estimates. They seemed ok with decent prices, but we didn't get that feeling like they really wanted our business and they were just doing there job.

Then we saw the reviews for Next Gen and gave them a call. We can't say enough good things about Ted the sales rep who explained everything really well to us and treated is like an old friend. It was great with none of the pressure sales that the other companies used, like if you don't sign up you would be missing out on some amazing deal! We researched our basement replacement window project exhaustively and decided on the Marvin Infinity product and Nex Gen as the installer. We've had our windows now for 5 years and couldn't be happier. Ted is excellent to work with to get an idea of cost and the design of the project while Brent and the installers provide a high end finished product. Nex Gen stands behind their product as well with an excellent warranty and responsive service should anything go wrong with your windows down the line. We're getting going on another window project currently and will eventually replace all the windows in our home with Marvin Infinity through Nex Gen.
