A few months ago I researched different companies for our HOA because several neighbors had said they wanted to replace some or all of their windows. Glad we choose Next Gen! We had some of the other major companies come out and give us estimates. They seemed ok with decent prices, but we didn't get that feeling like they really wanted our business and they were just doing there job.

We researched our basement replacement window project exhaustively and decided on the Marvin Infinity product and Nex Gen as the installer. We've had our windows now for 5 years and couldn't be happier. Window and door replacement is a daunting experience. One has to select both products and installers. Nex-Gen provided excellent guidance and patiently answered all of our questions. A visit to their showroom was extremely helpful, as were their online videos.

They were exceptionally careful about the quality of the installation and equally careful about avoiding damage to our home during the installation which is under any circumstances a major and disruptive construction project.

I replaced the majority of my windows and a patio door. I chose Nex-Gen because of the quality and warranty on the windows. Everyone from sales to installation was great to work with. We had our patio door replaced with an Infinity Sliding Patio Door with Everwood interior finish. Our interior has oak woodwork and they custom matched the stain on the interior Everwood material. I am amazed how energy efficient the door is. The door is located in our kitchen and it is so comfortable to be sitting near the door both in the winter and summer.

Me gen is back again. We had some windows and a glider replaced. They did such a wonderful job that when recent hail storm damaged other windows (NOT theirs!) we had them come out to replace some more. Ted is wonderful - carefully explains and clearly informs. Worried and frustrated about buying windows, don't be with NEX-GEN

We moved to Loveland 3 years ago and knew we needed windows for our home (39 windows). We went to one company and had them install 5 windows and a French door, we were frustrated with the company and the installation, the company never got back to us on issues with installation, let me say, my husband had to run out after the guys before they left because we could not get one of the windows to close and it was raining out. Other issues we had uneven install to the drywall, handle missing we even had to give the guys some wood from my husband’s shop to finish the French door because they did not bring enough wood (will never use them again).

We have been working with Nex-Gen since summer of 2016.
To start we have 39 windows in our home. We did start with another big company and were so disappointed in their customer service (several day to answering or get back to us along with no one coming out to check out the problems)
so we decided to try out Nex-Gen (AMAZING) they came out as scheduled, measured several windows and gave us an estimate. We placed our order, had them installed. The guys had a few issues because we have an older home but worked through them with happy faces and great attitudes. The windows look great. We searched a number of recommended businesses/firms to install 41 replacement windows/doors in our home in Loveland, CO. We found Nex-Gen Exteriors, a local business who sells the Marvin Infinity and Integrity line of windows.
The Customer Service from Nex-Gen is nothing short of outstanding. Replacing 41 windows and doors is a mega window project, and the product is outstanding in terms of isolation from the heat and bitter cold, high wind gusts, and the occasional bird strike on a window. The pultruded fiberglass frame material these windows and sliding doors are made of means no leaks due to expansion/contraction, since the frame material has the same expansion characteristics of the glass.
