We called Nextgen regarding window replacement for our kitchen remodel because I wanted to eliminate the half moon windows above our kitchen sink and replace with just regular rectangular windows. Ted came out and after a quick assessment told us that we should go in another direction to benefit our project and financial investment. I can’t say enough about how helpful Ted was! And I so appreciated his candor regarding his knowledge of the business. He could have easily pushed us into a sale but didn’t. They don’t make salesmen and businesses like this anymore!

From the beginning to the end including a followup by the company's customer service to see what experience we had was absolutely outstanding. We love the marvin infinity windows with the fiberglass everwood. The window did well with baseball sized hail too! We have a had a few other window companies give us quotes and those quotes we much higher and that is using vinyl compared to the better fiberglass. The service from Nex-Gen is awesome too! We recently ordered Marvin Infinity windows and a patio door for our 1980's home. We are not new to the window business. My husband worked 27 years as a window and door customer service rep. for another window manufacturer, a window sales company and a top local building center. He worked on EVERY brand. Marvin proved to him over and over that they are 100% the BEST product. Why?... because they always had little or no problems. The big name and highly advertised window manufacturers were always a pain to service.
Monday we met with Ted from Nex-Gen. He was friendly and he knows his product. We are delighted to work with this company to get the best windows and patio door for us. We will add to this review down the road with our rating on arrival time, installation and service.

There's a reason NexGen Windows and Doors is a 5 star business. I'm a perfectionist with slight anxiety but decided to let this company install my new windows less than a week before Christmas. When my window ledge was damaged removing a particularly stubborn, 20-year old, leaky window, I was sad, but, told them not to worry about it. It was old, falling apart, and I would take care of it. However, the very next morning, NexGen was at my door, installing a new custom window ledge, leaving it looking better than it was before! When I expressed my surprise and gratitude to the owner, he said, "This is how we do business. We take care of our customers." Wow! They certainly do! We had several demo's and estimates done by the competition and after the sticker shock we decided to do a Google search for window replacement based on customer reviews. We found Next Gen exteriors with the highest customer satisfaction. The salesman was amazing,low pressure, informative, and friendly. We had 8 windows and two sets of sliding glass doors replaced and the whole job was done in a day and half. It has been about two weeks since the job was completed and we could not be happier. Nex-Gen replaced 7 old aluminum windows with new vinyl windows for us. The work included replacing old cracked composite window sills with wooden sills. The installation team did fantastic work- the new windows and sills looked and fit perfect. The windows were installed 4 years ago, and despite unshaded west facing sun exposure they still look and perform great today.

Brent helped us choose the best windows for our home and the look we wanted. We wanted the windows to blend with our house and to last, so we selected Infinity EverWood. Brent chose a stain that matches the wood in our house and no visitor has done other than rave about how beautiful the windows look. Brent and his team installed all the windows (20 +) in our house and did a wonderful job.

The team was respectful, professional, and friendly during the installation, keeping our house as clean as possible and making the disruption as easy as it could be. The installation went smoothly and the windows are solid, draft-free, and gorgeous.

We decided to replace 14 year old vinyl windows in the entire house. Went to Nex-Gen after receiving an unsolicited recommendation. Ted promptly came to the house and gave us an estimate. Contract was made and after only 40 days received the date for install. Install team was careful and professional. Had a slight problem with a difficult bay window but Rick May came right out and corrected the problem, calling back and doing what he said he would do. That reliability was very important to us.
