We used the Newton Group to get out from under our timeshare obligation. They were consistent in moving forward with this endeavor. Although it took a considerable amount of time to complete the return of 4 different properties, we were well pleased with the end result. Holly Ostertag was a great source of information to us during the whole process.

Before my husband and I started to work with Newton Group in 2023, we were skeptical about the whole idea of hiring a company to get rid of our Timeshare. But, as we were determined to rid of it after owning ours for 33 years, we wanted to give a shot and chose Newton Group over others upon reading many reviews on several Timeshare exit companies. We signed our contract on Feb 14, 2023 with Newton Group and were notified that we are no longer the owner of the timeshare as of Sept 19, 2023. Hooray for completing my case in a just little over 7 months. I would wholeheartedly recommend Newton Group's services for anyone looking to exit their timeshare. I came to them after a bad experience with another company who made big promises but didn't follow through. Newton educated me about the process, set realistic expectations upfront and were clear/transparent in their communication during the entire process. Finally, their customer service is exceptional. I worked with Holly who was our assigned point of contact during the entire process. She kept in touch throughout, providing timely progress updates.

We were very pleased with the service the Newton Group provided. From start to finish there was someone available to answer any questions we had and continue to walk us through the process. It took a little longer that expected but that was due to Wyndham and the extended time they took to clear the deed. I did not want my family to be stuck with the financial obligation of the timeshare. I decided to hire the Newton Group because it has been in business for many years with mostly great reviews. I met with a lawyer, provided by the Newton Group, who gave me options. I recieved help from the Newton Group and broker in gathering all the paperwork and documents. Proactively, I requested updates every 3 months and received a response within 2 days. Everyone was knowledgeable and helpful. The Newton Group and broker were true to their word. It took 1.5 years to complete the transfer of ownership. The process required patience and money. The cost was equivalent to only a couple of years of maintenance fees. I am relieved mentally, emotionally and financially. If you are tired of your timeshare, I highly recommend the Newton Group.

Newton Group did an incredible job for me in quickly helping me get out of our timeshare. I am now timeshare free. They did everything they said they would in the expected timeframe ~8 months from start. Note too that I had to do my part each step of they way (I made it a point to hit same day quick turnaround - some paper-work on my side).

Normally I don't respond to phone call solicitations however, I accepted a call from the Newton Group. I skipped out on my first appointment because I still didn't feel good about it. The next time they called I went ahead and confirmed to participate. The person who I was assigned to reminded me of a Time Share salesman. He was aggressive and didn't show any empathy but instead kept insisting with, "well do you want to keep paying maintenance fees all your life or do you want to get out of it". I didn't like it and I did tell him he sounded like a Time Share salesman. I told him I didn't have that kind of money at my disposal and he said just put it on a credit card because I would pay it off whereas, I'll keep paying maintenance fees forever. Excellent service. Only comment is that a few times Newton made appointments on the internet and kept changing them. But it all worked out.

I had a timeshare week in NH that we had owned for over 20 years. Over the years it was no longer a 5 Star property and the incentives of free ski passes were no longer being honored. It was time to get rid of it.

The Newton Group handled everything. I started the process in 2018 and it was finalized in 2022. It was lengthy only because the property had gone into foreclosure. I also didn't mind the time that is took as I was no longer making any payments of any kind to the resort. Once I signed up with Newton Group, they handled everything. They were very pleasant to work with throughout the entire process.
