Very pleased with Newton Group/DC Capital in the timely dissolution of my timeshare. The timeshare was always increasing costs, and they tell you they have a secondary market that is always ready to buy you out, Not. The time it took to completely extricate me from the time share was 2 or 3 months.
Within 6 months the timeshare was affecting our credit scores, so I got back in touch with Newton/DC Capital attys, my contact atty was here in Michigan, I spoke to her on a Thursday before a long holiday weekend. She sent them a letter demanding correction and in about 3 weeks our credit was restored with no hint of the timeshare anywhere!!

I tried several options trying to get out of my timeshare: returning it to the resort, selling it privately and listing it with Sell My Timeshare Now. Nothing worked. After looking into firms that promised to get me out of my timeshare, I selected Newton Group. They clearly explained the process and guided me in selecting the option that worked best for me. They assigned my case to an affiliated attorney who assured me that my credit would be protected throughout the process. They also had contacts with the right people at the resort ownership, which I am sure facilitated the process. I was able to get totally free of my ownership without paying any additional money for things like title work and deed transfer. The process took about 2 years, but it was worth it.
