Jordan and Gavin apprised me of stains areas that might be a bit difficult to completely remove, as they might have been oil related. Nonetheless, they went at them with zeal and did a great job to make the entire large room look next to perfect.

NEWLY RESTORED Jordan (?) and Gavin (?) came to clean my 2 living rooms and 2 staircases exactly on time and were focused and judicious in their approach. They worked together well and were able to complete the job in a shorter time than expected. They were polite and friendly to me and my dogs. I can't wait to see the results after drying, especially the stains I was unable to get out myself.

From the survey with Kapp to job completion, Newly Restored did an excellent job with our carpet cleaning. They forgot to clean the hallway carpet, but I called and they were able to come out the next day. No smell of chemicals after cleaning was completed. Very professional!

Locally owned company who does a great job and easy to work with. We had are our vents and carpets cleaned at the same time and pleased with the results of both.

Everything from the phone call to ask questions and set an appointment to the actual work that Newly Restored did was great. Very friendly, very professional, not pushy at all, and they don't push up charging, but educate on conditions and situations. I look forward to coming back to them for grout cleaning sometime soon to see another area that they specialize in.
