I am sorry that I cannot remember the two employees name that came, but they were very pleasant, explained everything, showed me pre-and post photographs of the gutters. You have to admire that they came out in this weather and cleaned gutters filled with ice out. Their attitude for their job was extremely positive. AMAZINGLY ABOVE AND BEYOND
After power-washing our concrete front porch, there were some stains remaining. (It turns out that the stains are due to decay of the colorant used by the builder and could not be removed).

The two technicians were great! Because they were concerned that it should have come out better, they went back to the office and talked to the owner, Kapp Brown. All three of them came back to see whether anything else could be tried. They did try a number of things but, as mentioned above, the stains were not removable.

Kapp then did a few extra things to spruce up the porch area: window-washing and also cleaning some stains on the trim near the shingles. These were not requested, but he did them because he felt bad that the porch couldn't be absolutely blemish-free.

Highly recommend based on their carpet cleaning services that we utilized on old carpets in our home. Great results on set in stains. Ryan and Andrew did a great job. We had an issue in our one room following cleaning but they immediately responding with willingness to make the job right without any hassel. Additionally from the first call to set up estimate to final results, everyone was very kind, responsive and attentive to detail. Will definitely keep them in mind for any future home needs. So much Christmas Cheer! We were lucky enough to see an amazing light display Newly restored had done. We filled out the online inquiry and had a call within hours. Newly restored came the next day price quoted us and even sent mark ups. They arrived in just a few days dressed as the best cheerful elves and did our amazing light display. It makes me happy every time I look outside.
