If I could give 100 stars, I would! This company is amazing and I highly recommend them. Everything from the inquiry process, scheduling, customer service, the actual service, the service manager and technician was top notch. The company has a real family feel, real people who really care about the quality of their service and satisfaction of their customers. Every employee from phone call to service day was so helpful, kind and polite. I can’t say enough about Newly Restored. We had our dryer vent cleaned but they offer many other specialty services, we will be using them for all our future jobs for sure! Thank you!

Brandon came out to clean our ducts and was just wonderful to deal with. My toddler approved and he left everything in great shape and kept me informed of anything he found.

The company I work for used them to clean one of our customers carpet and they did an amazing job! We needed the job done within a few days and they completed it is requested. Their customer service is fantastic and they even answered the phone after hours for me. I highly recommend them!

Prompt responses via phone and email, a kind and knowledgeable estimator, and extremely kind and professional technicians. The freezing temperatures changed what sort of cleaning could be done but they explained it clearly and ahead of time, adjusted my price, and the results are still amazing. THANK YOU!
