Newly Restored made sure customer satisfaction was the #1 priority before, during, and after the job. Our house has mostly medium/low-pile carpeting throughout and pets were previously kept on the premises, so getting the hair out was a large concern.

Newly Restored made sure that each floor, including all carpets, corners, and stairs were extensively vacuumed, then cleaned thoroughly with a hot-water extraction process, (otherwise know commonly as steam cleaning).

Our carpeting is clean; a job well done. Not much else to say, excellent customer service, fair rates, and people that care. They are responsive and communication was not an issue at any point during the process, from scheduling, to cleaning, and after.
