From the survey with Kapp to job completion, Newly Restored did an excellent job with our carpet cleaning. They forgot to clean the hallway carpet, but I called and they were able to come out the next day. No smell of chemicals after cleaning was completed. Very professional!

Locally owned company who does a great job and easy to work with. We had are our vents and carpets cleaned at the same time and pleased with the results of both.

Everything from the phone call to ask questions and set an appointment to the actual work that Newly Restored did was great. Very friendly, very professional, not pushy at all, and they don't push up charging, but educate on conditions and situations. I look forward to coming back to them for grout cleaning sometime soon to see another area that they specialize in.

I had black residue from lantern flies on my siding which would only come off by hand with bleach. I was not about to do this to my whole house. Newly restored exceeded my expectations and made my house look brand new. No damage to plants or evidence they were even there except a clean house. It exceeded my expectations. I even got a gift of a window cleaning cloth which was amazing for my front door
