Service was excellent. Crew had good equipment and knew how to use it efficiently. Would recommend using them.

We saw your van at a neighbors house cleaning their dryer vent. Like ours it is a second floor laundry room where the outside dryer duct is located in a precarious spot off a 45 deg roof pitch. Like ours, the vent was at least 12 feet across to the outside and 8 feet up to the inside of the attic. The tech was safely on a platform to access the outside vent. Since we had not cleaned ours in a while, I was considering doing it my self but when I saw how they could safely do it I thought why should I ? Also our dryer was having some difficulty frying towels.
Andrew called ahead and arrived on time. He meticulously cleaned from both ends all the way through each way and removed quite a bit of dryer lint. He also cleaned the dryer discharge, and used a special adaptor to get inside the lint filer area thereby cleaning the internals. He replaced a section of the Dryer flexible tubing...
