Very efficient, good communication and good program!

I was nervous to start a debt management program, but this company made the process much less stressful than I expected. They were easy to work with and helped negotiate my credit card debt down to an amount I could actually manage. I’ve now completed the program and am so relieved and thankful I did this. I would definitely recommend them to anyone feeling overwhelmed by credit card debt.

This program helped me in so many ways, staff was knowledgeable, understanding and very nice with helping complete process, a struggle at times but one of the best decisions for me.

I submitted a inquiry online to help me get some of the debt resolved due to some unforeseen issues. Within 10 mins of submitting the info, I received a call from Alyssa. I was not able to pick up the call, because I was not expecting them to call that fast. Within 15 mins, I got another call, and from there Alyssa took the time to explain everything to me and offered me some help, and we went over everything and within 25–30 mins of talking, we got everything finalized, and now I'm currently a client and let me tell this is one of the best customer services I've received even have a follow-up scheduled with Rick, can't wait to get my debt taken care off.
