I highly recommend Brian for his gift as a hypnotist. My husband saw Brian to quit smoking about 5 years ago and he hasn't smoked since. I just completed sessions with Brian for weight loss. It's amazing how I don't even think about picking on goodies between meals or at night since my sessions with Brian. He is extremely kind and professional.

Came in as a sceptic and left a believer. Had an issue with flying and after three sessions I was able to fly 4 hours without the use of any type of medication. While I had moments of anxiety during the flight, the advice on deep breathing and other methods (eg tapping pressure points) was useful. The experience itself is like a very intense guided meditation coupled with some aspects of a professional psychologist. At the end of the day, it helped me have greater confidence and positive thoughts about how I wanted to feel - not a “cure all” against fear. I’d recommend giving this a try if you’re feeling held back by fear, it definitely helped me.

I was a smokeless tobacco user on and off for years and grew tired of the saga between usage and non usage. I decided to give hypnosis a shot and found (now 15 months later) that I don’t even think about tobacco anymore. I enjoyed working with Brian. He explained why hypnosis could be effective. I was worried that he would t be able to hypnotize me but within minutes I was hypnotized with each of my sessions. My appointment was Monday at 1pm. It's currently Friday and I haven't purchased a vape or taken a hit from one since I walked out of there. I could never quit cigarettes but somehow switched about 2 years ago to just a nicotine vape. I had tried everything from gums, patches, and Chantix. When I went to see Brian on Monday I was ready to put the vape down. I can't say this was easy, because I had an entire emotional attachment just from always holding it. I have had many thoughts but the thoughts were able to be pushed aside and cravings, like real cravings, nonexistent. This is a miracle so far and I'm still somewhat scared I won't mess up but I just want to say if you are thinking about doing this for quitting smoking it has been a game changer for me and I'm so glad I did this. I loved everything about it

I went to see Brian after trying multiple stop smoking tactics and was just frustrated from on and off smoking. I decided to just give it a try (I’m not a big believer in hypnosis). The 1st session was great and I had no cravings from the moment I walked out of there… this lasted about a month and then just because of habit I decided to have a cigarette… and was just disappointed with my choice (which wasn’t even a craving at this point). I decided to follow up and had another session, so far have been smoke free and I’m excited about it… no cravings, and trully following up with the audio sessions. More energy and just a slight thought that seems to pass on picking up the nasty habit!! I’m excited about it.
