Came in as a sceptic and left a believer. Had an issue with flying and after three sessions I was able to fly 4 hours without the use of any type of medication. While I had moments of anxiety during the flight, the advice on deep breathing and other methods (eg tapping pressure points) was useful. The experience itself is like a very intense guided meditation coupled with some aspects of a professional psychologist. At the end of the day, it helped me have greater confidence and positive thoughts about how I wanted to feel - not a “cure all” against fear. My appointment was Monday at 1pm. It's currently Friday and I haven't purchased a vape or taken a hit from one since I walked out of there. I could never quit cigarettes but somehow switched about 2 years ago to just a nicotine vape. I had tried everything from gums, patches, and Chantix. When I went to see Brian on Monday I was ready to put the vape down. I can't say this was easy, because I had an entire emotional attachment just from always holding it. I have had many thoughts but the thoughts were able to be pushed aside and cravings, like real cravings, nonexistent.
