If my dogs could leave this review, I’d be out of a job… so here we go.
Dr. Waxman = actual wizard. I’m convinced there’s a hidden Hogwarts diploma somewhere in that office because every visit ends with my pup magically feeling better (and me dramatically less stressed).
Jim (vet tech) = the calm, reassuring MVP every pet parent needs. Somehow manages to handle chaos, nerves, and wagging tails like it’s a walk in the park. Honestly, if pets could vote, Jim would win employee of the year—every year.
And Tyler… where do I even start. Office manager, therapist, logistics genius, and low-key the glue holding everything together. The kind of person who makes you feel like you’ve known them forever within five minutes. If you’re lucky enough to interact with him, you already know.
This place somehow manages to be professional, compassionate, and genuinely fun all at once—which is not easy when you’re dealing with anxious humans and even more anxious pets.
10/10. Would trust them with my pet, my sanity, and probably my life at this point.
